  • Publication number: 20250239810
Abstract: An electrical connector to provide easy and reliable locking and unlocking. A locking member may be slidably mounted to a housing of the connector such that it may slide between a locked state in which it is positioned to engage a complementary locking member from a mating connector and an unlocked state in which it is clear of the complementary locking member. The locking member may be biased by an elastic member into the locked state. An activating portion may extend from a base of the locking member, such that when the activating portion is pressed the locking member may slide into the unlocked state. When the activating portion of the locking member is released, the elastic member may push the locking member back to the locked state. The locking member may deflect such that, when in the locked state, the complementary locking member may be inserted into the connector.

  • Publication number: 20240380149
Abstract: An electrical connector with high current capacity. The connector has a sleeve and a terminal disposed therein. The terminal includes one or more conductive elements each comprising first portions with inflection points abutting the sleeve, and second portions connecting adjacent first portions. When inserting a pin into the terminal, the second portions are expanded radially by the pin. The expansion of the second portions increases contact areas and forces between the first portions and the sleeve to reliably connect the pin to the sleeve through the second portions to the first portions. The number of first portions of each conductive element can be configured to achieve desirable contact area and force. A terminal may include multiple conductive elements and the number can be selected according to a length of a pin. Techniques described herein enables reliable, adaptable connectors with high current capacity.

  • Publication number: 20070159110
Abstract: A shoe lamp device with multiple voltage levels by using a power supply having a voltage above 4.5 V batteries for supplying power to color light emitting diodes; a vibration switch for generating a trigger signal; and a substrate having an IC control circuit; the substrate being electrically connected to the color light emitting diodes through conductive wires; a switch for activating a CY pin, of which two duty control pins can be applied to select pulse duration of a pulse period; when the circuit receiving a trigger signal, it will generate a driving signal to drive the single color light emitting diodes according to the ½, ¼, ? pulse duration to flash in a predetermined sequence. The voltage of the power supply is 4.5 V (volts) which is formed by serially connecting two batteries of 1.5V and 3.0V, respectively or the two batteries of 3.0V and 3.0V, respectively.
