    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for forming semiconductor device structures. The method includes forming a fin structure having a stack of semiconductor layers comprising first semiconductor layers and second semiconductor layers alternatingly arranged, forming a sacrificial gate structure over a portion of the fin structure, removing the first and second semiconductor layers in a source/drain region of the fin structure that is not covered by the sacrificial gate structure, forming an epitaxial source/drain feature in the source/drain region, removing portions of the sacrificial gate structure to expose the first and second semiconductor layers, removing portions of the second semiconductor layers so that at least one second semiconductor layer has a width less than a width of each of the first semiconductor layers, forming a conformal gate dielectric layer on exposed first and second semiconductor layers, and forming a gate electrode layer on the conformal gate dielectric layer.

    Abstract: A mechanical arm system includes at least two links, at least two control devices and at least two motor devices. Each of the control devices includes a first control unit, a mechanical arm control unit and a driving unit. The first control unit receives an end-position command to output a first torque signal. The mechanical arm control unit includes a rigid mechanical unit and a mechanical model unit. The rigid mechanical unit receives the first torque signal to obtain a rigid mechanical torque, and the mechanical model unit receives the rigid mechanical torque and operates the flexible mechanical model to establish the mechanical arm model for obtaining the target torque, and the target position signal is output according to the target torque. The driving unit generates a driving signal according to the target position signal to adjust a rotation angle of the corresponding motor device.

    Abstract: A control system for displaying a corresponding control interfaces on a control device based on different external devices comprises storage with a plurality of control interfaces corresponding to different external devices in one-to-one relationship, a searching module, a communicating module, a displaying module, and a selecting module. The searching module searches external devices matched with the control device in a predetermined range around the control device. The communicating module obtains feature information from the matched external devices in response to the communicating signal. The displaying module extracts and displays the obtained feature information. The selecting module selects one of matched external devices as an object device based on the displayed feature information. The display module further extracts and displays the control interface corresponding to the object device for controlling the object device.

    Abstract: A magnetic-controlled actuator (100) with an auto-locking function for joints of a manipulation arm mainly includes an inner-layer stator (10), an inner-layer mover (20), an outer-layer mover (30), an outer-layer stator (40), and a fixing shaft (50). The inner-layer mover (20), the outer-layer mover (30), and the outer-layer stator (40) have a plurality of permanent magnets, respectively. The fixed shaft (50) simultaneously penetrates through the inner-layer stator (10), the inner-layer mover (20), the outer-layer mover (30), and the outer-layer stator (40) forming a coaxial arrangement. The inner-layer mover (20) rotates relatively to the inner-layer stator (10) to output power from the actuator (100). Therefore, a cogging effect, which is produced due to interaction of the permanent magnets between the outer-layer mover (30) and the outer-layer stator (40), is automatically produces a high cogging torque for the actuator (100).
