    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of medicine and specifically relates to the use of Selonsertib in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of cancer. The Selonsertib is the English name of the compound 5-(4-cyclopropyl-1H-imidazole-1-yl)-2-fluoro-N-(6-(4-isopropyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)pyridine-2-yl)-4-methylbenzamide, and its chemical formula is C24H24FN7O, CAS No.: 1448428-04-3. The results of the present invention show that Selonsertib can efficiently inhibit the activity of RSK4 kinase, and has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of a variety of tumors, and can reduce the resistance of tumors to EGFR-TKI-targeted drugs when combined with EGFR-TKI-targeted drugs. Selonsertib in combination with Anti-PD1 has a significant effect on inhibiting tumor growth compared with the drug alone. The pharmaceutical composition containing Selonsertib provided by the present invention has a good application prospect in the targeted therapy of a variety of cancers.
