    Abstract: The application relates to a polymerization vessel and a method for manufacturing the same. An interior surface of the polymerization vessel has a specific structure, so that the polymerization vessel has better heat transfer efficiency. Closed cooling channels are constructed from the specific structure, and therefore cooling fluid flows in the closed cooling channels. Furthermore, there won't be any by-pass defects in the cooling channels of the polymerization vessel, thereby improving cooling efficiency of the cooling fluid.

    Abstract: A crusher includes a main body that includes a crushing structure and an adjustment structure. The adjustment structure includes an adjustment hydraulic cylinder, a slide block mechanism, which is operatively coupled to the adjustment hydraulic cylinder, and a pull bar hydraulic cylinder, which is operable in combination with the adjustment hydraulic cylinder and the slide block mechanism. The adjustment structure includes an operation control module for adjusting a crushing gap and effecting position returning after an operation problem is removed. With such an arrangement, in operation, the operation control module issues a command to actuate the adjustment hydraulic cylinder for adjusting a crushing gap of the crushing structure. When an excessively high pressure occurs due to jamming, coordination between the adjustment hydraulic cylinder and the operation control module enables fast expansion of the gap to the maximum for removing a jamming object and automatic returning to the initial gap setting.

    Abstract: A wire product manufacturing apparatus includes a wire guiding section which receives a wire from a wire supply and guides the wire toward a wire feeding device. The wire feeding device feeds the wire into a wire rotating section comprising a releasable wire holding device which selectively allows the wire received from the wire feeding device to pass through and into a wire shaping device comprising a central bore and a plurality of tool sets surrounding the central bore. The central bore allows a length of the wire, determined and controlled by the wire feeding device, to extend therethrough so as to allow tools on the tool sets to operate on the wire for forming a wire product. The wire holding device is selectively driven by means of for example a motor to rotate the wire about its own central axis and make a desired angular displacement in a controlled manner so as to facilitate the manufacturing of the wire product.

    Abstract: An automatic spring formation apparatus includes a frame on which a tool support plate is mounted. A plurality of tool sets are substantially angularly equally-spaced mounted on the support plate and extending in a radial direction with respect to a center of the support plate. Each of the tool sets has a slide mounted thereon and movable in the radial direction with a tool holder which holds a spring formation tool thereon fixed thereon to be movable toward/away from the center of the support plate. The tool sets are releasably fixed on the support plate and are selectively movable along a circular path about the center of the support plate for adjusting the angular positions thereof. A wire is fed through a hole formed on the center of the support plate to be acted upon by the tool for making a spring. The slide is provided with a cam follower and a cam driven by a motor is provided on the base plate to drivingly engage the cam follower so as to drive the tool to move in the radial direction.

A number of linear motion spring formation tools and at least a curved motion spring formation tool are slidably mounted on the front working surface to work on a wire fed through a wire feed passage formed on the work table so as to form a spring by being driven by independent servo motors under the control of a computerized numeric control unit. The linear motion spring formation tools are movable on the front working surface in a linear way along a radial direction pointing out from the wire feed passage while the curved motion spring formation tool is not only linearly movable on the front working surface along a radial direction pointing out from the wire feed passage, but also rotatable about a pivot normal to the working surface so as to move in a combination of linear translation and angular rotation.
