The power plug has first and second conductive wires. The first switch device is arranged on the housing. The second switch device is arranged in the housing and has a first end, a second end, and a control end. The socket is connected to the second end of the second switch device and the second conductive wire. The cloud control circuit is connected to the control end of second switch device. The first switch device includes an AC switch; a first indicator having two ends connected to the AC switch and the second conductive wire; and a second indicator having two ends connected to the second conductive wire and the second switch device.

    Abstract: A set-top box device capable of providing electrical power to an antenna includes an insulation housing, a printed circuit board, a metal portion, and a conductive locking member. The insulation housing has at least one lateral arranged thereon a through hole portion. The printed circuit board is arranged in the insulation housing and includes a power supply module. The metal portion is arranged on the printed circuit board and includes a locking hole corresponding the through hole portion. The conductive locking member passes through the locking hole, the through hole portion, a conductive end portion of the power supply line, and the metal portion. The power supply module feeds a current into the antenna through a connection of the metal portion, the conductive locking member, and the conductive end portion, and the current flows to a ground portion of the signal line thereby forming a power supply loop.

    Abstract: A method for updating firmware in a microprocessor in a computer system is disclosed. The microprocessor has an application memory, a load memory and a cache, and a firmware updating program and a firmware testing program are stored in the load memory. Every time the computer system is turned on, the firmware testing program checks whether the firmware is correct; if the firmware is not correct, a user interface can be used to inform the user and the firmware updating process is repeated until the firmware is updated. As a result, the firmware updating process is ensured to be complete and correct to avoid halting of the computer system due to faulty firmware.
