    Abstract: Software product versions installed on clients are detected. At least a subset of clients have different versions. Directed acyclic graphs are built specific to a client based on a particular version of the software product installed. Weighted values are assigned to edges in each graph. The weighted values indicate a degree of stability associated with upgrading the software product or an estimated time associated with the upgrading. Upgrade paths present in each graph are traversed to calculate sums of the weighted values. Based on the sums, recommended upgrade paths for the clients are identified, each recommended upgrade path is specific to a respective client. Upgrade packages, corresponding to the recommended upgrade paths, are created for the clients. Each upgrade package is specific to the respective client, includes the desired version of the software product, intermediate versions, and a sequence indicating an order in which the intermediate versions should be installed.

    Abstract: An operation method for integrating logic calculations and data storage based on a crossbar array structure of resistive switching devices. The calculation and storage functions of the method are based on the same hardware architecture, and the data storage is completed while performing calculation, thereby realizing the fusion of calculation and storage. The method includes applying a pulse sequence to a specified word line or bit line by a controller, configuring basic units of resistive switching devices to form different serial-parallel structures, such that three basic logic operations, i.e. NAND, OR, and COPY, are implemented and mutually combined on this basis, thereby implementing 16 types of binary Boolean logic and full addition operations, and on this basis, a method for implementing a parallel logic and full addition operations is provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of biopharmaceuticals and provides a nerve growth factor (NGF) fusion protein and a preparation method and use thereof. The fusion protein has a general formula represented by A-B or A-L-B, wherein A is a nerve growth factor, L is a linker peptide, and B is an Fc moiety of IgG, or an analogue of the Fc moiety of IgG, or a fragment of the Fc moiety of IgG. The fusion protein of the present disclosure has the following advantages over a wild-type NGF: higher biological activity, a half-life extended more than 17 times, greatly reduced administration frequency, and significantly increased efficacy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of rock mechanics, and in particular to a method for accurately measuring a reopening pressure of hydraulic fracturing induced fracture in a deep borehole. The method includes: pumping a fluid into a sealed inner space of a drilling pipe for energy storage; and opening a valve at a lower end of the drilling pipe such that energy is released from the fluid in the inner space of the drilling pipe under the action of pressure to inject the fluid into a test interval. In the method according to the present disclosure, a fluid is pumped into an inner space of a drilling pipe so that the inner space of the drilling pipe is used as a high-pressure fluid pump to inject the fluid in the inner space of the drilling pipe to the test interval until the closed fracture is reopened.

    Abstract: A reserve optimization method and apparatus based on a support outage event constrained unit commitment. The method includes the following steps: step 1: running a basic unit commitment reserve optimization model to obtain a basic unit commitment dispatch result; step 2: establishing a committed capacity outage probability table (CCOPT) based on the dispatch result, calculating the loss of load probability (LOLP), and identifying the marginal events therefrom; and step 3: adding linear constraints corresponding to the marginal events to the reserve optimization model to obtain a new dispatch result, and returning to step 2 till the result meets the LOLP requirements. Multiple compromises in the problem are considered, and the LOLP constraint is simplified such that the model can be accurately and efficiently solved.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for improving channel estimation within an OFDM communication system. Channel estimation in OFDM is usually performed with the aid of pilot symbols. The pilot symbols are typically spaced in time and frequency. The set of frequencies and times at which pilot symbols are inserted is referred to as a pilot pattern. In some cases, the pilot pattern is a diagonal-shaped lattice, either regular or irregular. The method first interpolates in the direction of larger coherence (time or frequency). Using these measurements, the density of pilot symbols in the direction of faster change will be increased thereby improving channel estimation without increasing overhead. As such, the results of the first interpolating step can then be used to assist the interpolation in the dimension of smaller coherence (time or frequency).
