    Abstract: A test apparatus including a cassette main body, a test strip and a pressurizing assembly is provided. The cassette main body has a sample entrance. The test strip is disposed in the cassette main body, and the sample entrance of the cassette main body exposes a sample collecting region of the test strip. The pressurizing assembly is detachably combined to the cassette main body, and is adapted to exert a pressure on a liquid sample located at the sample entrance, such that the liquid sample enters the sample collecting region, and reacts with the test strip to display a test result. The test apparatus is able to implement quick and convenience test, by which a complicated pre-processing of a test sample is omitted to save a time and test cost.

Although these examples concern the H.265/HEVC standard and its SAO filter, the disclosed technology is more widely applicable to other video codecs that involve filtering operations as part of their encoding and decoding processes.

The analysis module analyzes states of multiple memory control commands corresponding to a particular memory rank to generate a control parameter. The switching determination module determines whether at least one switching command is sent according to the control parameter, a current operation mode of the particular memory rank, and an operation state of the particular memory rank. When the memory device receives a first switching command of the at least one command, the particular rank and at least one part of the memory internal circuits are switched from the normal voltage operation mode to the low voltage operation mode.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board with embedded electronic components fixed by a solder paste includes: providing a carrier board with a copper foil layer on the carrier board, an insulating layer on the copper foil layer, and an opening on the insulating layer by laser; putting a solder paste into the opening to form a solder paste layer; performing a high-temperature reflow process of the electronic components on the solder paste layer until the solder paste layer is molten; curing the solder paste layer after cooling to fix the components to the center position of the opening; placing the copper foil layer below the electronic components and removing the solder paste layer; and performing copper plating and electroplating processes in an electroplating space to form a plating copper. The cohesion of the molten solder paste pulls the electronic components towards the center to eliminate position offset produced when the electronic components are installed.
