    Abstract: The present invention provides a 2-polysubstituted aromatic ring-pyrimidine derivative and an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, the compound, and an optical isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically thereof acceptable salts or solvates can be used in the preparation of anti-tumor drugs. The invention designs and synthesizes a series of novel small molecule Chk1 inhibitors by using N-substituted pyridin-2-aminopyrimidine obtained by structure-based virtual screening as a lead compound, and carries out Chk1 kinase inhibitory activity test. The experiment confirmed that said compounds possess potent anticancer activity, Chk1 kinase inhibitory activity, and are promising Chk1 inhibitors, and can be used as new cancer therapeutic drugs, which can be applied to treat solid tumors or hematologic tumors related to proliferative disease of human or animal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a visible light-transparent and radiative-cooling multilayer film, including N layers of films which have different thicknesses and are arranged alternately. The visible light-transparent and radiative-cooling multilayer film adopts a new film layer arrangement, so that the multilayer film has an extremely high visible light transmittance while achieving radiative cooling. Among others, the multilayer film is composed of two materials having high visible light-transmittance. Since there is a difference between dielectric constants of the two materials, a resonant cavity or resonant cavities may be formed among material layers. The resonant cavity may enhance the electric field therein, thereby increasing the radiance of the structure greatly. The present disclosure has the advantages of simple structure, easy to process, good cooling effect, high visible light transmittance and low cost.

With the etching method, it is possible to etch an arbitrary curved surface to obtain a microstructure with a uniform processing depth.

Based on the total amount of the liquid polybutadiene, the content of a 1,2-structural unit in the liquid polybutadiene is 85-95 wt %, the content of a 1,4-structural unit in the liquid polybutadiene is 5-15 wt %, and the molar ratio of a cis-1,4-structural unit to a trans-1,4-structural unit in the liquid polybutadiene is 1-2:1; and the dynamic viscosity of the liquid polybutadiene at 45° C. is 100-500 P. The liquid polybutadiene has good flowability, good film formability, and good coating performance, and a formed coating has an improved adhesion force to a substrate.

The method solves the problem of limited diffraction, improves the processing resolution by reducing the transmission loss of evanescent waves through reflective light field enhancement, and reduces the difficulty and cost of mask processing and pattern defects by using shallow pressurizing in combination with exposure.

    Abstract: Representation learning for text and speech has improved many language-related tasks. However, existing methods only learn from one input modality, while a unified representation for both speech and text is needed for tasks such as end-to-end speech translation. Consequently, these methods cannot exploit various large-scale text and speech data and their performance is limited by the scarcity of parallel speech translation data. To address these problems, embodiments of a fused acoustic and text masked language model (FAT-MLM) are disclosed. FAT-MLM embodiments jointly learn a unified representation for both acoustic and text input from various types of corpora including parallel data for speech recognition and machine translation, and pure speech and text data. Within this cross-modal representation learning framework, an end-to-end model is further presented for fused acoustic and text speech translation.
