    Abstract: An electrophysiological mapping catheter device (10) includes a catheter, an adjusting handle device, electrodes, and a connector. The detection ends are arranged in a staggered manner. The electrodes are respectively disposed on the detection ends, and the connection ends are connected to the adjusting tube. Autolysis of P-510 at 37° C. can promote the dissolution of autolysates to obtain highly flavored nucleotides, glucan and antioxidant active substances, which can be used for production of S. pastorianus autolysates with high nutritional values.
