Abstract: A dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and its encoding gene, a recombinant expression vector, natural killer cells, and applications thereof are provided, relating to the field of tumor immunotherapy. The dual-targeting CAR includes a dual-CAR molecular encoding sequence sequentially connected encoding sequences of: an extracellular antigen-binding region, a transmembrane region, and an intracellular signal transduction region. PD1 molecule extracellular domain and NKG2D molecule extracellular domain serve as a first recognition target and a second recognition target respectively. When the PD1 molecule extracellular domain recognizes PD-L1 molecules on tumor cells, the negative regulatory signal is transmitted downward, triggering activation of the DAP10 activating receptor pathway and converting it into a positive activation signal. Simultaneously, when the NKG2D molecule extracellular domain recognizes NKG2DL molecules on tumor cells, NK cell activation is induced.

Abstract: A plastic processing method includes the following steps: S1. the plastic to be treated is sent to a liquefaction unit for liquefaction treatment to produce a liquefied material; S2. subjecting the liquefied material to heat treatment in a viscosity reduction unit to reduce its viscosity to produce a viscosity-reduced liquefied material; S3. the viscosity-reduced liquefied material is sent to a cracking reaction unit for cracking reaction to produce a reaction product; S4. the reaction product is sent to a separation unit for separation treatment. The system for carrying out the plastic processing method has a liquefaction unit, a viscosity reduction unit, a cracking reaction unit, and a separation unit.

Abstract: A hydrogenation catalyst, and preparation and use thereof are provided. The catalyst has a support and a hydrogenation active metal component, a phosphorus component and an organic complexing component supported on the support. The hydrogenation active metal component has a Group VIII metal and a Group VIB metal, the organic complexing component has an alcohol, a carboxylic acid, and/or an amine. The catalyst has a spectrum obtained by a temperature-programmed oxidation test exhibiting at least two CO2 release peaks, the first release peak being in the range of 200-300° C., the second release peak being in the range of 300-400° C. The ratio of the peak height of the first release peak to the peak height of the second release peak is in the range of 0.5-5:1.

Abstract: A method and system for pretreating waste plastics and a method and system for producing an automotive fuel from waste plastics are provided. The method for pretreating waste plastics includes the steps of: 1) contacting a waste plastic with a pretreating agent and a solvent oil for impurity removal; and 2) subjecting the effluent from step 1) to solid-liquid separation to obtain an insoluble material and an impurity-removed plastic-containing solution. The impurity-removed plastic-containing solution obtained by the method and system for pretreating waste plastics has very low metal content, chlorine content and silicon content.

Abstract: Disclosed are a phosphorus-containing high-silica molecular sieve, its preparation and application thereof, wherein the molecular sieve comprises about 86.5-99.8 wt % of silicon, about 0.1-13.5 wt % of aluminum and about 0.01-6 wt % of phosphorus, calculated as oxides and based on the dry weight of the molecular sieve, the molecular sieve has an XRD pattern with at least three diffraction peaks, the first strong peak is present at a diffraction angle of about 5.9-6.9°, the second strong peak is present at a diffraction angle of about 10.0-11.0°, and the third strong peak is present at a diffraction angle of about 15.6-16.7°. The phosphorus-containing high-silica molecular sieve shows an improved hydrocracking activity in the presence of nitrogen-containing species when used in the preparation of hydrocracking catalysts.

Abstract: An electric resistance welding method for a dissimilar metal joint used for welding a laminated structure, with an outer layer being composed of iron or iron-based alloy, and an inner layer being composed of a metal with a density of less than 5 g/cm3 or a melting point of lower than 800° C. The electric resistance welding method comprises an expulsion stage in which a light metal or low-melting-point metal in the middle of the laminated structure is separated in a splashing mode, so that a connecting structure is directly formed between iron or iron-based alloy layers in a welding interface to complete welding. According to the invention, the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds on the welding interface of the dissimilar joint can be avoided, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the joint and achieving reliable connection between dissimilar metals. The invention further provides a dissimilar metal joint.
