Abstract: Disclosed are a calculation method and an installation mechanism for compressor unit single meter alignment pad iron adjustment. The installation mechanism includes: a bracket and a connecting piece installed on the bracket; and an installation piece arranged on an end portion of the bracket. The bracket is provided with an installation box, the installation box is internally and rotatably provided with a rolling rod, the rolling rod is winded with a connecting rope, one end, away from the rolling rod, of the connecting rope is provided with a fixing piece, one end of the rolling rod extends to an outer side of the installation box and is connected with a cam, the cam is provided with a groove, the installation box is provided with a limiting piece, one side, towards the cam, of the limiting piece is provided with an open slot.

Abstract: In order to reduce the occurrence of current alarms in a semiconductor etching or deposition process, a controller determines an offset in relative positions of a cover ring and a shield over a wafer within a vacuum chamber. The controller provides a position alarm and/or adjusts the position of the cover ring or shield when the offset is greater than a predetermined value or outside a range of acceptable values.

Abstract: An encapsulated stator includes a driving module coupled to a shaft tube. The driving module includes a silicon steel plate unit. A coil unit is wound around the silicon steel plate unit. A jacket is mounted to an outer periphery of the silicon steel plate unit of the driving module. The jacket includes an inner face and an outer face opposite to the inner face. The inner face of the jacket faces the driving module. An encapsulant is bonded to the driving module, the jacket, and the shaft tube. The encapsulant encapsulates the driving module. The encapsulant partially encapsulates the outer face of the jacket.

Abstract: A motor includes a base, a stator, a rotor, a circuit board and a heat-conducting insulator. The base includes a cooling plate. The stator is coupled to the base. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the base and aligned with the stator. The circuit board is received in the base and electrically connected to the stator. The heat-conducting insulator is disposed between the cooling plate and the circuit board, and abuts with the cooling plate and one face of the circuit board.

The request input module is used for receiving a purchasing request message from a request terminal. The request messaging module is used for forwarding the purchasing request message to an approval terminal. The approval processing module is used for receiving a request reply message to the purchasing request message from the approval terminal. An administrating method for material purchasing is also disclosed.
