    Abstract: The present invention discloses a roller for conveying glass substrate. The roller includes a structure of roller body that is formed by assembling a plurality of roller components together in a disassembleable manner. An axle bore is formed in center of the roller. The present invention also discloses a roller axle assembly for conveying glass substrate, which includes a plurality of rollers and a roller axle. A distance is formed between adjacent ones of the rollers. Each of the plurality of rollers is individually disassembleable. The roller for conveying glass substrate and the roller axle assembly according to the present invention allows any one of the rollers that are mounted to a roller axle assembly to be disassembled individually thereby shortening the time period for replacing the glass substrate roller, increasing the utilization rate of the roller, and lowering down the device maintenance cost.

The used oil wiping brush for a toothed rack according to the present invention, which includes the teeth formed on the wiper to be complementary to tooth configuration of the toothed rack for effectively removing used oil from the toothed rack and thus improving the result of cleaning and maintenance of the toothed rack and enhancing efficiency of maintenance.

The turntable includes an interconnecting device and a transporting platform which is moved by the interconnecting device in a way that the transporting platform is docked to a substrate exporting apparatus or importing apparatus, alternatively. Wherein the transporting platform picks up the glass substrate from the substrate exporting apparatus when docked thereto, and then transporting the substrate horizontally to the substrate importing apparatus in which the glass substrate is delivered as the transporting device is articulated thereto. The turntable device made in accordance with the present invention is properly arranged with a transporting platform to pick up, displace, and finally deliver the substrate. Since all these operations are streamlined, as a result, no waiting area is needed so as to effectively reduce the area for establishing the production line.

    Abstract: This invention provides a stacker with static elimination devices arranged at both sides of each shelf of the stacker and comprises a rectangular box producing charged ions. A rotary shaft is connected with the rectangular box and with both ends fixed on upper and lower shelf holders, respectively. A standpipe parallel with the rotary shaft is provided inside the rectangular box and includes a horizontal transverse plate on which an ion generator is installed. The standpipe includes a blowing device directing charged ions generated toward a cartridge transferred in and out of the shelf. With the static elimination devices at both sides of each shelf of the stacker, the charged ions are blown toward glass substrates disposed inside the cartridge transferred in and out of the shelf to eliminate the static of the glass substrate inside the cartridge and improve the yield.
