The first and second fin sidewall spacers are respectively on opposite sides of the first semiconductor fin. The third and fourth fin sidewall spacers are respectively on opposite sides of the second semiconductor fin. The first and third fin sidewall spacers are between the first and second semiconductor fins and have smaller heights than the second and fourth fin sidewall spacers. The first and second epitaxy structures are respectively on the first and second semiconductor fins and merged together.

    Abstract: An electronic torque wrench equipped with an automatic output-torque compensation device comprises an electronic torque wrench and replaceable wrench heads selectively installed in the electronic torque wrench. A torque-compensation setting module sets a length parameter corresponding to the specification of the wrench head. An allowable torque range conversion module and a torque-compensation conversion module respectively undertake conversions and compensations to update an allowable torque range of the electronic torque wrench and make a displayed torque equal to the torque actually output in operation. A display element presents the displayed torque and the updated allowable torque range. The user can directly learn the actually-output torque and the updated allowable torque range from the display element in realtime, neither looking up tables nor undertaking computations.

    Abstract: An electronic torque apparatus equipped with an automatic compensation device with output torque includes an electronic torque wrench with a changeable drive head, a plurality of drive heads at varying lengths and an automatic compensation device in the electronic torque wrench with built-in output torque. One of the drive heads is selected to be installed on the electronic torque wrench as desired. Through the automatic compensation device, compensation is set and calculated according to the type or length of the drive head so that operation torque of the electronic torque wrench and preset target torque are equal to actual output torque of the electronic torque wrench. Thereby users can directly and instantly get the actual output torque on a display element without calculation or conversion through tables to improve reliability and usability.

The wrench may trip when the amount of torque has reached the preset maximum torque.
