    Abstract: A heating system for compressed parts capable of controlling process atmosphere and pressure includes an accommodating body, a heating device, an atmosphere controlling device, and a processing pressure adjusting device. The heating device is disposed inside or outside of the accommodating body to heat a component to be heated, so as to remove an impurity within the component to be heated. The atmosphere controlling device transports a reaction gas, such as hydrogen, oxygen, water vapor, or plasma, into a cavity for reacting with the impurity within the component to be heated. A phase transition or a chemical reaction can be carried out, such that the impurity is gasified, oxidized, carbonized, or disintegrated. The processing pressure adjusting device uses an inert gas (e.g., a nitrogen gas or an argon gas) to control the processing pressure in the cavity to be from 800 Torr to 10?2 Torr.

    Abstract: Some implementations described herein provide techniques and apparatuses for overcoming forces that may deflect an injector nozzle into an interior wall of a thin-film furnace. The implementations include a fixture that is coupled to the injector nozzle. The fixture is configurable to lock to a selected property of the injector nozzle to maintain, between a portion of the injector nozzle and the interior wall, a gap. In this way, the portion of the injector nozzle is prevented from colliding with the interior wall and dislodging particulates that may contaminate semiconductor product fabricated using the thin-film furnace.

    Abstract: A gas exhausting system includes at least two gas exhausting modules. The at least two gas exhausting modules are disposed on a heating furnace, and arranged at a front position and a rear position separately along a transporting direction of the heating furnace. Each gas exhausting module has a casing and an exhausting channel. The exhausting channel is arranged in the casing, and has an opening end. The opening end of the exhausting channel is lower than the second end of the casing. The exhausting channel is connected to a blowing machine. When the blowing machine is driven, gas is propelled into the exhausting channel, and hyperbaric gas can be exhausted upward from the opening end of the exhausting channel. The gas with higher flow velocity can provide a siphonic action, so as to accelerate gas to be exhausted from the heating furnace.

    Abstract: A diffusion furnace in the shape of polygonal-prism, including two end frame plates arranged in opposite basal planes of the diffusion furnace and a plurality of heating panels connected between the two end frame plates. Each heating panel includes at least one beam connected between the two end frame plates and a plurality of heating block interconnected in succession along and secured to the respective beam. Each heating block includes a block body, at least one heating element arranged on one side of the block body and amounting assembly mounted on the opposite side of the block body for securing the heating element. Thus, the disclosed diffusion furnace can be customized to satisfy different measurements requirement and can be easily decomposed for repair.

The heating chamber includes at least one metal layer and at least one non-reactive disposed thereon.     Abstract: A roller sealing device arranged at an access port of a continuous furnace for adapting a continuous processed planar processed material. The rolling device includes a pair of first roller carriers arranged correspondingly opposite to each other, each having a first roller assembly. Each first roller carrier includes a first sealing roller and two first auxiliary rollers; the first sealing roller and two first auxiliary rollers are pivoted to a respective one of the first roller carriers; the two first auxiliary rollers are located between the first sealing roller and the corresponding first roller carrier. The first auxiliary rollers rollingly abut against the first sealing roller and the corresponding first roller carrier. Therefore, the roller sealing device is sealed well so as to prevent the gas from leakage. The present invention further provides a gas-sealing method.

    Abstract: A diffusion furnace is disclosed, which includes an outer housing, an inner housing, and a plurality of infrared heating elements. The inner housing is arranged within the outer housing, and a chamber is formed inside of the inner housing. A portion of each infrared heating element is arranged on the outer housing. Each of the infrared heating elements has a heating portion and at least one fixing portion connected thereto. The heating portion of each infrared heating element is arranged within the outer housing. The fixing portion of each infrared heating element is secured onto the outer housing. Therefore, the heating elements would neither distort nor have any issues in staying secured to the furnace. Moreover, the furnace can be cooled down more quickly after operation.

The conveying system comprises a machine unit on which are disposed at least a pair of opposed carriers spaced apart by a predetermined separation distance. The subject conveying system also comprises a mesh conveyor belt displaceably coupled to the machine unit in an endless loop configuration, about an axis directed substantially parallel to a longitudinal plane defined by the machine unit. The subject conveying system further comprises at least a pair of chain conveyor assemblies coupled to the machine unit, each including: a rail coupled to at least one of the carriers to be suspended thereby over the mesh conveyor belt; and, at least a pair of chain wheels coupled adjacent the opposing ends of the rail to rotate about respective axes of rotation transversely directed relative to the longitudinal plane. Each chain conveyor assembly also includes a chain engaging the chain wheels so as to advance thereabout through an endless loop.

    Abstract: An automobile covering device includes a hollow cylindrical member having two closed ends, an axial slot and a water outlet. A U-shaped handle has two ends connected pivotally to the two closed ends of the cylindrical member. A cylinder with an axial shaft is received coaxially and rotatably in the cylindrical member. The axial shaft has two free ends which pass through the two closed ends of the cylindrical member, respectively. Two spiral torsional springs are respectively mounted on the two closed ends of the cylindrical member. Each of the spiral torsional springs has a first end connected to one of the free ends of the axial shaft and a second end connected to one of the closed ends of the cylindrical member. A roll of cover cloth is wound on the cylinder and has a pull end passing through the axial slot of the cylindrical member. Two rollers are rotatably mounted on the two closed ends of the cylindrical member, respectively.
