An energy gap of the polymer containing thiophene-benzene-thiophene unit is narrow, and therefore the power conversion efficiency is improved greatly. A method of preparing the polymer containing thiophene-benzene-thiophene unit and a sonar cell device using the polymer containing thiophene-benzene-thiophene unit are also provided.

The strontium cerate luminescent material of the present invention, through doping the luminescent material with metal particles, improves luminous intensity of the luminescent material by making use of the surface plasmon resonance generated by surface of the metal particles; besides, the doped metal ion can improve electrical conductivity of the luminescent material, and guarantee that the luminescent material has higher brightness in field emission devices or LEDs. The preparation method of the present invention has the advantages of simple operation, no pollution, easy control, low requirements for equipment, and being favorable to industrialized production.

    Abstract: A rare earth ion doped silicate luminescence glass and preparation method thereof are provided. The luminescence glass is the material with the following formula: aM2O.bM?2O3.cSiO2.dRE2O3, wherein M is at least one of Na, K and Li, M? is at least one of Y, Gd, La, Sc and Lu, RE is at least one of Ce, Tm, Tb, Ho, Dy, Er, Nd, Sm, Eu and Pr. The preparation method is: grinding the raw material until mixed uniformly, calcining the raw material at 1200-1500° C. for 1-5 h, cooling to room temperature, annealing at 600-1100° C. for 0.5-24 h, cooling to room temperature again, molding then getting the product. The performance of the product is stable. The product is homogenous, and the luminescence performance is good. The light transmittance is high. The process of the preparation method is simple and with low cost.

The fluorescent materials are represented by the general formula: M, Zn1-xAlxO and Y2O3: Re, wherein Re is at least one selected from Eu and Tb, M is at least one selected from Ag, Au, Pt and Pd in the form of nano-particle, and 0<×?0.05. The said methods include the following steps: step 1, preparing a colloid of Zn1-xAlxO; step 2, preparing a colloid of Y and Re containing the metal element M; step 3, mixing the colloid of Zn1-xAlxO with the colloid of Y and Re, aging and heating treatment to form the fluorescent materials. Compared to the Y2O3 fluorescent materials in the art the present fluorescent materials have higher luminescence efficiency, conductivity, long life and industrial applicability.

The device comprises a conductive anode substrate, a hole injecting layer, a hole transportation layer, an electron barrier layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transportation layer, an electron injecting layer and a cathode laminated in succession, and the material for the electron barrier layer is one selected from lithium fluoride, lithium carbonate, lithium oxide and lithium chloride. By preparing lithium compound as an inorganic electron barrier layer, the polymeric electroluminescent device is made of cheap materials which are easily obtainable, and most importantly has a low work function of approximately 2.0 eV, which can form a transition potential barrier of approximately 1.

The preparation method is simple, has fewer steps, and has better prospect of application.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a preparation method for copper oxide nanowires including following steps: step 01, a conductive layer as an electrode is prepared on a clean substrate, or a clean substrate with a conductive layer is provided directly. Step 02, copper powder is weighed up, and the copper powder is homogeneously mixed with organic carrier. Step 03, mixture prepared in step 02 is printed onto the clean substrate with a conductive layer. Step 04, the substrate after being processed by step 03 is sintered under atmosphere having oxygen, and finally cooled to obtain copper oxide nanowires. Adhesion between the copper oxide nanowires prepared in the present disclosure and the substrate is excellent, the copper oxide nanowires may substantially prepared uniformly in large area and under low temperature, technology flow of coating is decreased, a cost of manufacture is decreased, such that a promising method for bottleneck of commercialization process of the field emission device is provided.
