Abstract: The present invention discloses a charging network, including: a service unit, a charging system and a charging agent apparatus; the charging agent apparatus is responsible for connecting the service unit and the charging system, receiving a charging event sent from a service unit, determining a corresponding charging system and generating a charging request according to the information carried in the charging event, and sending the generated charging request to the corresponding charging system. Also, a charging agent apparatus and a charging method are provided by this invention. The charging agent apparatus is added into the charging network, responsible for interacting with service units and charging systems, thus reducing the complexity of the service units as well as the charging network.

Abstract: A charging process method, relating to communication network, is disclosed according to embodiments of the present invention. The method includes receiving a charging request containing a type of a second method when the method for a user equipment to access a packet data network gateway has been changed from a first method to the second method; performing, based on the charging request, charging control over the used service units in a charging mode corresponding to the first method for the user equipment to access the packet data network gateway and reserving service units for the charging session for the second method based on a charging mode corresponding to the second method for the user equipment to access the packet data network gateway. A network system, a packet data network gateway and a charging system are provided according to embodiments of the present invention accordingly.

Abstract: A method for opening accounting data capabilities includes: by a unified accounting data management system, receiving a Balance Control Request (BCR) from a charging system, where the BCR carries a request type; performing an accounting data management operation corresponding to the request type; and returning a Balance Control Answer (BCA) to the charging system, where the BCA carries a result of the accounting data management operation. A system for opening accounting data capabilities is also provided. According to the present invention, the accounting data of the user is sharable between the charging systems, and a specific implementation mode for interactions in the accounting data management is provided.

Abstract: A charging method is disclosed according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The method includes receiving a message transmission request carrying message content to be transmitted; generating a message conversion charging ID if the message content is to be converted; sending charging information carrying the message conversion charging ID and performing charging control on the message sender based on the message conversion charging ID. A charging system and apparatus are also disclosed according to embodiments of the present disclosure. With the present disclosure, the charging of message service becomes more flexible and the user experience is improved.

Abstract: A method, device and control system for online charging on roaming are provided. The method includes: receiving a roaming online charging request from a visited gateway; determining a subsequent roaming charging policy according to the roaming online charging request combined with a charging control policy; and processing charging according to the determined roaming charging policy. The provided method, device, and control system may extend the online charging scheme for roaming subscribers.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for implementing an AoC supplementary service so as to conveniently provide the user with more enriched AoC information. The method comprises: an application server receiving a service request initiated by a user terminal; the AS establishing a charging session with a charging system after receiving the request; the charging system transmitting the AoC information to the application server through a channel for the charging session and the application server transmitting the AoC information to the user terminal. The system of the present invention comprises: a user terminal, an application server, and a charging system; the user terminal is adapted to transmit a service request to the application server; the application server is adapted to establish a charging session with the charging system after receiving the request; the charging system transmits the AoC information to the application server through a channel for the charging session.

Abstract: A method for charging of the Push to Talk over Cellular, PoC, service includes: a charging system, initializing charging of a PoC session and sends a response message of PoC Box charging; monitoring a trigger condition of PoC charging according to the response message; and judge, when a PoC user joins the PoC session, whether the user participates in the session as a PoC Box, and if so, setting a PoC Box identification for the user and send charging information to the charging system so as to charge the PoC session of the user, wherein the information includes the identification. The present invention also discloses a communication system, a charging system and a PoC server. With the present invention, the accuracy of PoC charging can be significantly improved.

Abstract: An charging method for group mode service relating to the group mode service in communication networks is disclosed, the method includes: sending, an initial accounting request to a charging system in response to receiving a service request for establishing a group session from a client, to enable the charging system account at an initial rate; and initiating an interim accounting request to the charging system to enable the charging system account at a rate corresponding to the current group scale in response to detecting that group scale is changed according to a preset threshold for the number of group users. The present invention also provides the corresponding application server, charging apparatus and group mode service's underlying system. By using the present invention to charge the group mode service, the charging interaction between the application server and the charging system is substantially reduced, and the network system resource consumed is reduced.

Abstract: A method for media stream-based charging in a multiparty session includes: receiving, by an application server, a media stream changing request for the multiparty session, wherein the media stream changing request is initiated by a party in the multiparty session; obtaining, by the application server, an ID of an initiator of the media stream changing request and/or information of a changed media stream according to the media stream changing request for the session; sending, by the application server, a charging request to a charging server, the charging request carries the information of the changed media stream and/or the ID of the initiator of the media stream changing request; and charging, by the charging server, for the media stream according to the charging request. Abstract: In a method for third party charging, a paying party sets its payment limit, verifying code, etc., and shares related information with a service requesting party; when accessing the service, the service requesting party inputs the related information, such as a third party charging access identifier, a paying party identifier, the verifying code, etc. A service application server determines whether the service is charged from a third party account; if yes, the service application server collects the third party charging information, such as the MSISDN of the paying party, the account information or the verifying code information, and sends the information to the charging system through a charging interface protocol; the charging system charges for the service from the third party account according to the information received. Another method for third party charging and a system for third party charging are also provided. Thus, flexible third party charging is achieved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for the management and interaction of a subscriber identification of a wireless terminal, which are applied in a service based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The method includes: storing the Session Initiation Protocol Universal Resource Indicator of the wireless terminal in a wireless electronic card as the content of the card; and the Session Initiation Protocol Universal Resource Indicator interacting between wireless terminals or between the wireless terminal and the network side in the form of a wireless electronic card. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that the storage modes of the SIP URI used by the wireless terminal in the service based on the SIP are not uniform and are not convenient for the exchange of the SIP URI information between the terminals.
