    Abstract: A preparation method of a three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor includes steps of: preparing an encapsulating layer composite, so as to obtain a concentrated solution; preparing a strain sensitive layer composite, so as to obtain a thick liquid; dropping the thick liquid on a glass substrate, and statically curing at a room temperature; dropping the concentrated solution on a cured film obtained in the S3, and statically curing at the room temperature; striping a cured filmed obtained in the S4 from the glass substrate, and drawing out two wires as electrodes; and dropping the concentrated solution on the other surface of the cured film obtained in the S3 with a same amount of S4, and statically curing at the room temperature for obtaining the three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor. The three-layer self-healing structure strain sensor can be prepared without using a repair agent, but can achieve rapid self-repair.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a touch display device and a manufacturing method thereof. In a process of bonding panels, a cover plate is attached to a touch panel to form a cover plate assembly by a liquid optically clear adhesive through a full lamination technique, and the cover plate assembly is attached to a display panel to form a vacuum chamber by a solid optically clear adhesive through an edge lamination technique. In the formed touch display device, the cover plate, the touch panel, and the display panel are bonded tightly. Therefore, the optically clear adhesives are saved, production cost is reduced, and product yield is improved.

    Abstract: An infrared touch display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A high-adhesive adhesive layer is pre-attached to a lower surface of a cover to prevent a narrow adhesive stripe made of an optical adhesive from being misaligned or falling off when it is attached to the cover. A small amount of the optical adhesive is used to make the cover and the display panel fit closely to achieve a vacuum attaching, which saves a lot of optical adhesive materials and reduces production costs. Also, a signal transmission performance of an infrared touch panel is further enhanced.
