  • Publication number: 20260241457
Abstract: An additive manufacturing quality inspection method includes the following. An industrial PC (IPC) acquires electrical signals corresponding to optical signals during a first period in a laser additive manufacturing process; the IPC constructs at least two trajectory amplitude maps respectively based on at least two electrical signals corresponding to the at least two optical signals; the IPC partitions the at least two trajectory amplitude maps separately to obtain multiple image block sets; the IPC determines, based on electrical signal amplitudes of image blocks in each image block set, whether a region corresponding to the image blocks in each image block set in a target slice layer has a defect.

  • Publication number: 20260241458
Abstract: An industrial PC (IPC) acquires a first electrical signal corresponding to a laser emission signal, a second electrical signal corresponding to a laser reflection signal, a third electrical signal corresponding to a visible light signal, and a fourth electrical signal corresponding to an infrared light signal during a first period in a laser additive manufacturing process. The IPC determines a layer electrical-signal amplitude corresponding to at least one of the laser emission signal, the laser reflection signal, the visible light signal, or the infrared light signal based on at least one of the first electrical signal, the second electrical signal, the third electrical signal, or the fourth electrical signal during the first period; and determines whether a target slice layer has a defect based on at least one of these four layer electrical-signal amplitudes.

  • Patent number: 12525210
Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementations for LED display. A first signal is received that signals a timing for a next data transfer. In response to the first signal, a bit-based image block stored in a memory is transferred, via a bus connected thereto, to one of a pair of alternate buffers pointed to by a write buffer pointer, which is subsequently toggled to point to another of the pair of alternate buffers. A second signal is received that signals a timing for refreshing the LED display. In response to the second signal, the bit-based image block is retrieved from the one of the pair of alternate buffers pointed to by a read buffer pointer, which is then toggled to point to the other of the pair of alternate buffers. The lights of the LED display are then refreshed in accordance with control signals generated based on the bit-based image block.

  • Patent number: 12175919
Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementations for refreshing an LED display. A signal signaling a timing for refreshing the LED display is received. In response to the signal, a bit-based image block is retrieved from one of a pair of alternate buffers pointed to by a read buffer pointer, which is then toggled to point at the other of the pair of alternate buffers. The bits in the bit-based image block are sequenced in accordance with a connection pattern in which lights of the LED display are connected to generate sequenced image bits for the bit-based image block and control signals are generated for refreshing the lights of the LED display based on the sequenced image bits. The alights of the LED display re the refreshed based on the control signals.

  • Patent number: 11823649
Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementations for data transfer in LED display. A signal signaling a timing for a next data transfer is received. In response to the signal, a next data transfer instruction is obtained that instructs reading a bit-based image block of an image from a memory. The bit-based image block is transferred, according to the next data transfer instruction, from the memory via a bus connected thereto, to one of a pair of alternate buffers pointed to by a write buffer pointer. Then, the write buffer pointer is toggled to point to another of the pair of alternate buffers and the process repeats. The bit-based image blocks alternately stored in the buffers are later retrieved and displayed on the LED display.
