  • Patent number: 12288716
Abstract: A method includes forming a first metallic feature, forming a dielectric layer over the first metallic feature, etching the dielectric layer to form an opening, with a top surface of the first metallic feature being exposed through the opening, and performing a first treatment on the top surface of the first metallic feature. The first treatment is performed through the opening, and the first treatment is performed using a first process gas. After the first treatment, a second treatment is performed through the opening, and the second treatment is performed using a second process gas different from the first process gas. A second metallic feature is deposited in the opening.

  • Publication number: 20250124716
Abstract: Disclosed is a stroke-based differentiable rendering for both representation of spatiotemporal sensor data and unsupervised spatiotemporal events detection wherein we encode DAS waterfall data into a structured latent space based on parameterized brushstrokes. The structured brushstroke representation can (1) suppress background noise and distracting clutters from the original waterfall data, (2) allow easy leverage of geometrical prior knowledge for physics-informed pattern recognition. Guided by multiple specially designed targets that emphasize different aspects of the original data, the optimized strokes not only preserve the salient information, but also align well with the original data in terms of spatial and temporal coordinates. As a results, it also provides pixel-level annotation as a byproduct. Based on long term DFOS data and cumulative statistics, we can further localize landmarks (such as traffic lights, manholes, etc.) from the waterfall data. These landmarks can be used for cable mapping.

  • Patent number: 12261092
Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a semiconductor device, an encapsulating material, a redistribution structure, and an adhesive residue. The encapsulating material encapsulates a first part of a side surface of the semiconductor device. The redistribution structure is disposed over the semiconductor device and a first side of the encapsulating material. The adhesive residue is disposed over a second side of the encapsulating material opposite to the first side and surrounding the semiconductor device, wherein the adhesive residue encapsulates a second part of the side surface of the semiconductor device.

  • Publication number: 20250026440
Abstract: A power module of an electric assisted bicycle is disclosed and includes a pedal shaft, a housing, a motor, a reducer and a gear-plate output shaft and a sensing component. The housing includes a partition portion extended along a radial direction to divide an inner space of the housing into a motor accommodation portion and a reducer accommodation portion for accommodating the motor and the reducer, respectively. A stator of the motor and a fixed gear are respectively fixed to a first side and a second side, which are two opposite sides of the partition portion. A reducer input shaft includes two ends connected to the motor and the reducer, respectively, and an input-shaft main part disposed therebetween is connected to a third side of the partition portion. With the connection configuration of the three sides of the partition portion, the space utilization of the entire power module is optimized.

  • Patent number: 12034401
Abstract: This invention relates to an innovative lap joint plate with solar panel, which includes at least a lap joint plate and a solar chip set as main components combined together. Said lap joint plate is provided with at least one flat portion and a plurality of protruding portions, said flat portion is arranged between adjacent two protruding portions, the height of said protruding portions are all higher than said flat portion. Said solar chip set is arranged above said flat portion. The present invention can effectively prevent the solar chip set from being damaged by the bending and twisting of the lap joint plate by using the flexible solar chip set. Alternatively, a glass plate can be added to the outermost layer (and the bottom layer) of the solar chip set, the hardness of the glass plate is used to support and protect the solar chip set, so that the solar chip set can be prevented from being damaged by the deformation and stretching of the lap joint plate.
