    Abstract: A composition of heat-expandable microspheres and an application thereof are provided. The composition includes heat-expandable microspheres and a solvent. The particle size of the heat-expandable microspheres is 5 ?m?D?40 ?m, preferably 8 ?m?D?20 ?m. The thickness of the walls of at least 60% of the heat-expandable microspheres is ?5 ?m, preferably the thickness is ?3 ?m. The solvent at least comprises one organic solvent having a boiling point of above 220° C. A thermal expansion coating containing the composition has a stable structure, relatively high resistance to thermal shrinkage, relatively high mechanical strength and adhesion, can be applied in the fixation of high temperature resistant parts, and can maintain the bonding stability thereof when placed long-term in a high temperature environment (140-180° C.).

The motion control method is applied to a robot, and includes: generating, according to a type of a desired motion, at least one motion phase of a motion process and a time for each motion phase; determining, according to the at least one motion phase and the time of each motion phase, a desired pose of the robot at least one node during the motion process; inputting the desired pose as a reference value into a cost function model to obtain a trajectory of the desired motion, where the trajectory includes a pose and a control parameter of the robot at each sampling point during the motion process; and controlling the robot to move according to the trajectory of the desired motion.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a photodegradant for carbamazepine, a method and an apparatus for degrading carbamazepine, and relates to the technical filed of degradation of organic pollutants. The photodegradant provided by the disclosure includes a composite solution of a persulfate and a sulfite. In the disclosure, ultraviolet (UV), the persulfate (PS) and the sulfite (S(IV)) are combined to degrade carbamazepine, during which hydrogen sulfate (HSO3?) generated by the hydrolysis of sulfite in water participates in the reaction to produce a large amount of SO4?? and HO?, thus improving the degradation rate and degradation efficiency of carbamazepine. The composite advanced oxidation system, i.e., the ultraviolet/persulfate/sulfite (UV/PS/S(IV)) system, provided by the disclosure has stronger oxidizability than the ultraviolet/persulfate (UV/PS) system and the ultraviolet/sulfite (UV/S(IV)) system, and results in high degradation rate and high degradation efficiency of carbamazepine.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes an in-situ surrounding rock testing device and method. The testing device includes a collection device and a control terminal. The collection device includes a pressure cell, displacement meters and a magnetic base. When mechanical properties of surrounding rock are tested, the collection device is only necessary to be installed on an outer surface of a gripper of a TBM. The outer surface of the gripper is coupled to a rear end surface of the magnetic base; a front end surface of the pressure cell and displacement meters are in contact with the surrounding rock. The pressure cell measures pressures undergone by the surrounding rock. The displacement meters measure a total compaction displacement of the surrounding rock relative to the collection device. A pressure-displacement curve of the surrounding rock can be obtained by the testing device while pressing the gripper tightly against the surrounding rock.

    Abstract: A method for video coding with global rate-distortion optimization-based rate control (RC) is provided. By using this video coding method, an RC scheme for High dynamic range (HDR) in High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) is provided. Briefly, considering the characteristics of HDR image content, a rate-distortion (R-D) model based on HDR-Visual Difference Predictor (VDP)-2 for performance optimization is provided. In the optimization process, the ? is directly utilized rather than the bit rate to obtain the globally optimal solution. Finally, the model parameter estimation method is used to reduce errors. The video coding method of the present invention is verified that bit rate reduction on average can be achieved.
