Abstract: This application discloses a radio frequency switch circuit and an apparatus. An output end of a power amplifier (PA) output matching network is connected to an antenna, and an input end of the PA output matching network is connected to a PA. A low noise amplifier (LNA) input matching network includes a first coupling device, a second coupling device, and a switching device. The first coupling device is connected to the antenna, the switching device and the LNA, the switching device is connected to the second coupling device, and the second coupling device is connected to an LNA. This increases an output power of the PA output matching network and improves work efficiency.

Abstract: This application discloses a radio frequency transceiver, and a communication device. A radio frequency amplification circuit includes two transmission paths disposed between a radio frequency input end and a radio frequency output end. The two transmission paths include a first transmission path and a second transmission path. The first transmission path includes a first amplifier, a first coil, a second coil, and a second amplifier that are sequentially coupled. The second transmission path includes a third amplifier, a third coil, a fourth coil, and a fourth amplifier that are sequentially coupled. Any two coils of the first coil, the second coil, the third coil, and the fourth coil are magnetically coupled. The first amplifier and the second amplifier is adjustable, or The third amplifier and the fourth amplifier is adjustable.

Abstract: a waterproofing device for electronic equipment is provided, which includes: sensing unit, arranged in a shell of the electronic equipment and configured to output corresponding sensing signal when sensing that water permeates into the electronic equipment; and a powering-off unit, configured to generate a powering-off signal to power off the electronic equipment according to the sensing signal. In the invention, after water is sensed to permeate in the electronic equipment, power of a circuit board of the electronic equipment is immediately and automatically cut off, so that the problem of high short-circuiting rate of the circuit board after water permeates into the electronic equipment is solved, and an effect of avoiding loss is further achieved to a great extent.
