Abstract: A phage and its use in compensating soil nitrogen fixation: Klebsiella pneumoniae phage ?YSZKA, wherein the method has solved some problems of conventional azotobacters, such as high cost, interspecific competition and limited range of application. Through phage transplantation, the efficiency of microbial nitrogen fixation in soil can be improved, and thus, more nitrogen sources may be provided for the nitrogen cycle and plant growth in ecosystems. Also, a new solution is provided for the nitrogen sequestration process of soil in saline-alkali lands, tea plantations and pesticide-polluted sites in China.

Abstract: Provided are a method, apparatus and device for realizing shutter synchronization of a camera. The camera may include a plurality of sensors; the shutter types of the plurality of sensors are different; the method may include: acquiring a periodic synchronization reference signal and a synchronization signal corresponding to each sensor; and adjusting, with the synchronization reference signal as a reference, synchronization signal delays and/or exposure delays of the plurality of sensors to align the exposure areas corresponding to the plurality of sensors.

Abstract: An image segmentation method includes: obtaining an image to be segmented containing a target object; performing at least one image feature fusion processing on associated feature points based on the image to be segmented, and extracting global feature information during each image feature fusion processing, wherein the associated feature points are at least two feature points having a location association relation; and determining, based on the global feature information extracted, a segmentation mask for the target object.

Abstract: This invention disclosed a full-space intelligent detection method and system for underground drainage networks, as well as storage media, including the following steps: image acquisition, intelligent image denoising, internal pipe defect segmentation, concealed defect detection around the pipe, 3D reconstruction with volume quantification, and pipeline life prediction. This invention introduced a bionic four-wheel-drive, all-terrain detection robot that can effectively navigate through mud and flowing water-challenges that hinder traditional detection devices. By leveraging deep learning algorithms as well as various techniques of computing vision, 3D reconstruction, and point cloud processing, the system thoroughly analyzed collected data to determine defect types and precise locations. Utilizing this analysis, precise location of different defect type and quantitative measurement of their dimensions can be realized.

Abstract: A method is provided that includes: obtaining a reference image and a description text; extracting a text feature of the description text; and performing the following operations based on a pre-trained diffusion model to generate a target image: in each time step of the diffusion model: calculating a first cross-attention feature of a first image feature and the text feature; obtaining a second cross-attention feature of a second image feature of the reference image and the text feature; editing the first cross-attention feature based on the second cross-attention feature to obtain a third cross-attention feature; and generating a result image feature of the time step based on the third cross-attention feature and the text feature; and decoding a result image feature of a last time step to generate the target image.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, device, and medium for determining the similarity of text processing tasks is provided. The method includes: determining a first task, a second task, and a neural network, the neural network includes a plurality of network modules and a plurality of importance coefficients corresponding to the plurality of network modules, and the importance coefficients are used to scale output values of a corresponding network module; respectively performing a target operation using the first task and the second task as a target task to obtain an embedding feature of the first task and an embedding feature of the second task; and determining the task similarity between the first task and the second task based on the embedding features. The target operation includes: training using text samples and obtaining a plurality of trained importance coefficients; and determining an embedding feature of the target task based on trained importance coefficients.

Abstract: A method for preparing low-background cement includes: uniformly mixing a seed crystal of cement, C4AF whiskers, and high-magnesium raw material to yield a first mixture, calcining the first mixture at 1400-1500° C., to yield a low-background clinker, the first mixture including 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the seed crystal of cement, 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the C4AF whiskers, and the balance is the high-magnesium raw material; and grinding a second mixture of the low-background clinker and gypsum, to yield low-background cement. The seed crystal of cement is a high-magnesium and low hydration heat clinker, has a specific activity of Ra-226 radioactive nuclides within 50 Bq/kg, and the MgO content of the clinker is between 4.0 wt. % and 5.0 wt. %, with 50 wt. %?C3S?55.0 wt. %; and the high-magnesium raw material has a MgO content between 2.5 wt. % and 3.0 wt. %.

The method includes the following steps: performing Target Sequencing based Hybridization capture: a Panel is designed for the whole coding regions of TSC1 and TSC2 genes highly related to LAM and mutation genes closely related to solid tumors to construct a gDNA library, and sequencing is performed on a machine after a hybrid capture; sorting: the above sequencing data are processed and analyzed by bioinformatics; performing a supplementary detection by CMA if the TSC1 and TSC2 genes are detected to be negative; performing a supplementary detection by MLPA if a one-hit locus is detected; and performing a supplementary detection by Sanger method if a locus is detected to be a undefined locus derived from either a somatic mutation or a germline mutation. This method improves the positive mutation detection rate of LAM patients.
