Abstract: A clip device with separable connection and having variable connection force, comprising a clipping portion and a delivery portion. The clipping portion comprises at least two side clipping arms and a clipping base. The side clipping arms are provided in the clipping base, and the proximal ends of the side clipping arms are connected to a control wire. A connection member for fixation and a connection member for separation are provided on the clipping portion. A distal end of the control wire is provided with a releaser, and the tail ends of the side clipping arms are connected to the releaser. During a clipping process, the side clipping arms may apply a larger gripping force on clipped tissues. During a releasing process, the control wire is ensured to apply a smaller dragging force, so as to separate the tail ends of the side clipping arms and the releaser.

Abstract: A slide slot type multi-arm clamp includes a handle, a catheter, a clamping portion, a spring tube and a control line. In practical applications, a surgical operator applies an axial thrust and a pulling force to the handle to drive the control line to move, so as to open/close and lock the clamping portion. Moreover, side clamp arms and a clamp base in the clamping portion can be easily separated from the catheter or the spring tube to stay in a human body so as to achieve the functions of hemostasis and tissue suture. The side slot type multi-arm clamp can achieve the effect of minimizing the length of the instrument retained in the human body by the cooperation between the side clamp arms and the clamp base.

The medical connecting device is able to integrate multiple functions such as electricity conducting, liquid passage, powder spraying, negative pressure suction, sealing, insulation, and support.

Abstract: Dual-channel injection bipolar high frequency electrosurgical knife comprises an electrode part, a main part and an operation part. The electrode part comprises an active electrode, an insulating part and an inert electrode. The active electrode has a hollow tubular portion, which can cut the target lesion tissue when power on. The main part comprises a protective tube, an insulation sheath and an insulation coated screw, connector, seal. The insulation coated screw includes a conductive screw and an insulating coating on the surface. The operation part comprises a positioning structure, a slider, a core rod, a connection sheath, an infusion tube and a connection cable. 6% Luer tapers are attached to both the positioning structure and the infusion tube.
