The present invention promotes interface reaction and interface bonding between a coating and a substrate or between the coatings in the traditional friction additive manufacturing process, and improves the bonding strength and service performance of the coating. The method is suitable for manufacturing various thermoplastic conductive consumables such as friction additives of aluminum alloy.
