  • Patent number: 11955379
Abstract: A metal adhesion layer may be formed on a bottom and a sidewall of a trench prior to formation of a metal plug in the trench. A plasma may be used to modify the phase composition of the metal adhesion layer to increase adhesion between the metal adhesion layer and the metal plug. In particular, the plasma may cause a shift or transformation of the phase composition of the metal adhesion layer to cause the metal adhesion layer to be composed of a (111) dominant phase. The (111) dominant phase of the metal adhesion layer increases adhesion between the metal adhesion layer.

  • Patent number: 11923437
Abstract: A method includes forming isolation regions extending into a semiconductor substrate. A semiconductor strip is between the isolation regions. The method further includes recessing the isolation regions so that a top portion of the semiconductor strip protrudes higher than top surfaces of the isolation regions to form a semiconductor fin, measuring a fin width of the semiconductor fin, generating an etch recipe based on the fin width, and performing a thinning process on the semiconductor fin using the etching recipe.

  • Publication number: 20190375573
Abstract: A container and cap assembly has a container and a cap. The cap covers the container, and has an inner cover, a piston, a slider, and an outer cover. The piston is disposed in the inner cover, and is axially movable therein. The slider is mounted on the piston, and is radially movable to move the piston. The outer cover receives the inner cover, the piston, and the slider. The outer cover is rotated in a first direction to close the container, and is continuously rotated in the first direction to move the slider radially and reciprocatingly so as to move the piston axially and reciprocatingly. The piston is moved to exhaust air from the container to produce a vacuum or approximate vacuum in the container. Therefore, contents in the container are protected from moisture without a desiccant material.

  • Publication number: 20080164632
Abstract: A spinning nozzle for producing the synthetic fibers and a method for producing a DNA counterfeit-proof fiber by the spinning nozzle are provided. The spinning nozzle includes a polymer solution inflow passage and a pair of water inflow passages located at the both sides of the polymer solution inflow passage, wherein the polymer solution inflow passage and the water inflow passages are converged into a mixing outflow passage and a synthetic fibers are produced at the outlet of the mixing outflow passage. A method for producing a DNA counterfeit-proof fiber by the spinning nozzle includes the steps as follows. First, mixing a plurality of the DNA microcapsules with a material solution to produce a polymer solution. Then, to form a converging interface between the polymer solution and the two streams of acid-hydrolysis waters. Afterwards, causing the flowing polymer solution to converge with the two streams of acid-hydrolysis waters for producing the DNA counterfeit-proof fiber.

  • Patent number: 5839128
Abstract: An antiseptic solution dispenser installed in the tank of a toilet to dispense an antiseptic solution, including a container to hold an antiseptic solution, the container having a clip for fastening to the overflow tube of the tank of the toilet, and a storage float coupled to the bottom coupling neck of the container after the removal of a tear tape on the outside flange of the half-round barrel of the storage float. As the tank of the toilet is filled up with water, the half-round barrel is moved upwards by the rising water, causing the antiseptic solution to flow out of dispensing holes on the half-round barrel, and as water is drawn away from the tank of the toilet, the half-round barrel is lowered and a metered amount of the antiseptic solution is transferred out of the container into the half-round barrel of the storage float.
