The power supply loop is in a disconnection state and supplies no power to the switch element when it receives the first control signal. Since the release actuator is linked with the sliding sleeve, the release actuator can be disposed at a position easy to operate, so that the handle reversing operation can be performed conveniently and quickly. Furthermore, the reversible mechanism has a simple structural design.
