    Abstract: The shock-absorbing buffer pad comprises an external compression body, an internal guide slot and an inserted adjusting component. The external compression body has a top part, a bottom part and a compression elastic component. The top part is configured with an inserting hole. The bottom part is located beneath the top part. The compression elastic component is connected between the top part and the bottom part. The compression elastic component has a folding part. When the top part is pressed, the compression elastic component will accumulate an inverse elastic force. The internal guide slot is formed on the bottom part of the external compression body and located inside the internal space of the external compression body. The internal guide slot has an inserting slot exposing upward. The interior of the inserting slot is formed with a stopping block. The inserted adjusting component has an inserting cylinder, which can be inserted into the inserting hole.

    Abstract: A structure of case body selects a material of PET fibers or PET fibers with PP fibers to prepare a non-woven fabric layer block which is processed by baking and cold molding to form a case body. The case body is formed by combining a left shell and a right shell which are manufactured separately, and then combined into a case body with an accommodation space inside. The left shell is divided into a left top wall, a left sidewall and a left bottom wall which are continuously extended and molded. The right shell is divided into a right top wall, a right sidewall and a right bottom wall which are continuously extended and molded. The left and right top walls and the left and right bottom walls have a weight per unit area of 1200-2000 g/m2. The left and right sidewalls have a weight per unit area of 600-1200 g/m2.

    Abstract: A crank press includes an encoder measuring an angle value of a servo motor, a strain detector module generating a converted load value associated with deformation of a machine body, a memory storing at least one relation between an angle value and each of an upper torsion limit and an upper load limit, and a controller calculating a torque command value based on a position command, reading the upper torsion limit corresponding to the measured angle value, determining whether the torque command value exceeds the upper torsion limit, outputting the torque command value when negative, and outputting the upper torsion limit when affirmative. The controller further stops the servo motor when the converted load value exceeds the upper load limit corresponding to the measured angle value.

    Abstract: A sound-absorbing composite material includes a super thin fiber layer, and a non-woven fiber layer laminating the super thin fiber layer. Thus, the super thin fiber layer co-operates with the non-woven fiber layer to provide a better sound-absorbing effect, thereby enhancing the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing composite material. In addition, the super thin fiber layer is rested on and attached to the non-woven fiber layer which provides support to the super thin fiber layer to enhance the strength of the super thin fiber layer, so that the super thin fiber layer is not easily worn out when in use, thereby enhancing the lifetime of the sound-absorbing composite material.
