    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for complete and incomplete superblock generation are described. A memory system may be configured to generate and access complete and incomplete superblocks by replacing invalid physical blocks with valid physical blocks from a same plane. For example, he memory system may perform a scan to determine (e.g., identify) which blocks are valid, invalid, or both. The memory system may replace invalid blocks from superblocks having a relatively small quantity of invalid blocks with blocks (e.g., blocks from a same plane) from superblocks having a relatively large quantity of invalid blocks, which may result in the generation of complete and incomplete superblocks.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for zoned random write operations are described. A memory system may receive a set of write commands associated with respective logical block addresses (LBAs) that may be in a sequential order, where the respective LBAs may be associated with a zone. The memory system may write first data to a first physical block address (PBA), where the first data may be associated with a first LBA of the respective LBAs. The memory system may determine whether a second LBA associated with second data is sequential relative to a write pointer associated with the zone. The memory system may write the second data to a second PBA that may be sequential to the first PBA in response to determining that the second logical block address is non-sequential relative to the write pointer and on a value of a bitmap corresponding to the second LBA.

The vaccine strain constructed can stably and efficiently express the novel coronavirus S1 protein, and induce the body to produce antibodies; and the recombined virus vaccine strain can stimulate the human body to produce mucosal immunity, and the prepared vaccine can be vaccinated through a nasal spray. Moreover, the vaccine strain can be tested in poultry and dogs, saving time, reducing costs, and being more conducive to actual production due to large output.
