    Abstract: A memory device is provided. The memory device includes a memory array of a plurality of memory elements, a plurality of word lines or word line pairs, a plurality of bit line pairs, and a plurality of common source lines. Each of the memory elements includes two memory cells. The memory device is configured for calculating an energy value based on a plurality of state signals and a plurality of coefficients, and the two memory cells of each of the memory elements are configured for performing an individual selection such that one of the two memory cells of each of the memory elements receives two corresponding state signals from a corresponding word line or a corresponding word line pair and a corresponding bit line pair and generates an output current into a corresponding common source line for calculating the energy value.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a dual free layer (DFL) read head and methods of forming thereof. In one embodiment, a method of forming a DFL read head comprises depositing a DFL sensor, defining a stripe height of the DFL sensor, depositing a rear bias (RB) adjacent to the DFL sensor, defining a track width of the DFL sensor and the RB, and depositing synthetic antiferromagnetic (SAF) soft bias (SB) side shields adjacent to the DFL sensor. In another embodiment, a method of forming a DFL read head comprises depositing a DFL sensor, defining a track width of the DFL sensor, depositing SAF SB side shields adjacent to the DFL sensor, defining a stripe height of the DFL sensor and the SAF SB side shield, depositing a RB adjacent to the DFL sensor and the SAF SB side shield, and defining a track width of the RB.

It is provided with a pair of one way valves, and the inner tube is fixed in the outer tube; via the opening or closing of the pair of one way valves, the contents of the outer tube and the inner tube are permitted or forbidden to flow out.

    Abstract: The integral single-piece tube container consists of a soft tube and a dispensing cap. The cap is made of a composite of polypropylene(PP) and polyolefin elastomer (POE). The soft tube is extruded from a composite of polyethylene and POE. The existence of POE in both of the tube and the cap makes the welding of both parts feasible. Since the welding can be done during the molding process of the cap, this invention has some benefits, such as the reduction of processing steps into half, and conservation of material usage up to 30% in comparison with the conventional tube container.
