Abstract: The disclosure provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for eyebrow enhancement, an eyebrow growth powder, a preparation method and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for eyebrow enhancement comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of chuanxiong rhizome, 5-8 parts of mulberry, 3-5 parts of sesame, 10-20 parts of Eclipta Herba, 10-20 parts of Platycladi cacumen, 3-5 parts of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 3-5 parts of Gardeniae Fructus and 3-5 parts of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.

Abstract: Disclosed are a QoE configuration method and apparatus during an RRC resuming process. The method includes: during a process of a terminal resuming RRC, acquiring QoE configuration information of the terminal; and determining a first QoE configuration according to the QoE configuration information, and instructing the terminal to release the first QoE configuration. By means of the present application, it can be ensured that a network side can notify the terminal to release/store some of the QoE configuration information during an RRC resuming/switching process.

Abstract: This application provides an information transmitting method and an information transmitting apparatus, which relate to the field of communications technology. The radio communication method includes: determining that an LBT procedure is to be performed in accordance with a received target instruction, wherein the target instruction is used to indicate the UE to handover from a source cell to a first target cell in a spectrum-sharing network; and, when an LBT failure occurs in an access procedure to the first target cell, recording LBT failure information in at least one of a Radio Link Failure (RLF) report, a random access report, or a successful handover report in accordance with a handover result.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data transmission method, a device and a storage medium. For first transmission data, a target transmission mode of the first transmission data is determined according to SDT configuration information, where the SDT configuration information is configured by a network device; relevant information generated in a process of determining the target transmission mode for the first transmission data is sent to the network device, where the relevant information is used to optimize the SDT configuration information. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a basis for the network device to optimize the SDT configuration information, enabling the SDT configuration information sent by the network device to a UE to be more reasonable, and thereby more reasonably guiding and optimizing a next data transmission process of the UE.

Abstract: A method and a device for determining an MRO critical scenario and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by the UE, parameter information about a connection problem in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE in a cell handover process and cell handover has been performed successfully, or in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE within a predetermined time period after the cell handover is performed successfully; and transmitting, by the UE, the parameter information to a network device, so that the network device may determine the MRO critical scenario in accordance with the parameter information. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is able to determine the MRO critical scenario in a scenario where cell handover is performed successfully.

Abstract: Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a method for reporting a QoE measurement report, a device, an apparatus, and a storage medium. The method is applied in a user terminal and includes receiving first indication information for a QoE measurement report sent by a network side device; and reporting the QoE measurement report and/or information related to the QoE measurement report to the network side device according to the first indication information. By means of the method for reporting a QoE measurement report, the device, and apparatus, and the storage medium provided in embodiments of the present disclosure, a multitude of user terminals reporting a multitude of QoE measurement reports and causing a new wave of network side device congestion can be prevented when a network side device restores reporting of QoE measurement reports by user terminals.

The catalyst prepared according to the present disclosure can load the active components in fixed positions inside and outside the channels, and the components are easy to obtain, thereby having the advantages of low cost and good desulfurization effects.
