  • Patent number: 12536383
Abstract: Methods and systems disclosed herein collect user data in real-time and organize them (e.g., using collaborative filtering) into groups (e.g., clusters). The system then determines statistical distributions of observed real-time intents (e.g., based on actual selections made by users) for each group. The system then merges this distribution with existing model predictions (e.g., a model trained on historical training data) to balance between historical and dynamically updated information.

  • Patent number: 12505341
Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for dynamically selecting alternative content based on real-time events during device sessions using a cross-channel, time-bound deep reinforcement machine learning. The use of this architecture allows for alternative content to be selected in a time-bound and continuous manner that provides predictions in a dynamic environment (e.g., an environment in which user data is continuously changing and new events are continuously occurring) and with an increased success rate (e.g., new data and events are factored into each prediction). For example, in the system each round of predictions considers both input features, which can change by a user's actions, state of a user interface, and/or previous responses and states.

  • Patent number: 12093969
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for using multi-modal regression to predict customer intent to contact a merchant. Multi-modal data including numerical data and unstructured data are extracted from customer interactions with the merchant. Features of the numerical data and the unstructured data are separately extracted and classified using techniques specific to the data types. The features for each type are then separately used to predict probabilities of customer intent. A neural network is used to combine the predictions into a single set of estimates of customer intent. This set of estimates of customer intents is used to estimate a probability that the customer will contact the merchant. The customer is then contacted based on the estimate.

  • Patent number: 12009687
Abstract: A battery that periodically checks an actual battery capacity or energy with charge to a preset voltage (e.g., 4.1 V). The battery then decides the battery capacity or energy. If the capacity or energy is insufficient, then an apparatus in or associated with the battery slightly increases charging voltage to a point where the capacity is sufficient (e.g. from 4.1 V to 4.11 V). The process of periodically checking and slightly increasing charging voltage is performed until charging voltage reaches specification limit (e.g., 4.2 V). The scheme described herein has benefits such as battery longevity can be extended, risk of insufficient energy reserve can be reduced, burst power can be used as long as possible, and/or even higher burst power can be used.
