    Abstract: The present invention relates to a technique for diagnosing and monitoring neurodegenerative diseases on the basis of body fluid analysis. If a detection system of the present invention is used, effective real-time diagnostic efficiency can be exhibited while a problem such as noise is minimized. Particularly, since miRNAs present in trace amounts are detected in a high detection efficiency and are diagnosed, an excellent diagnostic effect on neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's disease is exhibited.
