  • Publication number: 20240093628
Abstract: An exhaust gas pipe includes: a plurality of pipe bodies which are formed in a tubular shape centered on an axis and are arranged in a direction of the axis and through which an exhaust gas led from an engine body flows; a connection portion which connects a pair of the pipe bodies adjacent to each other; and a gasket which is provided between the pipe body and the connection portion, wherein a flange projecting toward an outer peripheral side is provided a an end portion of the pipe body in the direction of the axis, wherein the connection portion includes a main connection body which has a tubular shape centered on the axis and a pressing ring which is provided with a facing surface facing the flange while sandwiching the gasket in a gap between the flange and the facing surface, and wherein the exhaust gas pipe further includes: coupling members which are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction and couple the flange and the pressing ring to each other; and a deformation prevention member that

  • Patent number: 9261034
Abstract: It is an object of the invention to achieve a stable idling revolution speed in a short time and to prevent easily the occurrence of abnormal combustion, misfire, or the like by effectively controlling a gas flow rate adjustment valve even in a case where a fuel gas which tends to fluctuate in fuel gas concentration, as represented by a coal mine gas, is used.

  • Publication number: 20140000560
Abstract: There is provided a gas engine fuel gas supply device in which a fuel gas flows along the axial direction on the outer circumferential side of an inlet valve rod, and is supplied into the inlet path in a cylinder head. In the device, in the inner circumferential surface of a sleeve slidably fitted with a projection, the projection being a portion of the inlet valve rod, there is provided a suction hole situated within the region of movement of the projection, and to be opened and closed in response to the movement of the inlet valve rod, and a fuel gas injection hole is formed in the bottom end face of the sleeve communicating with the suction hole. The device is characterized in that the sleeve is disposed so as not to protrude into the inlet path.

Abstract: There is provided a fuel gas supply device for a gas engine in which a fuel gas flows along the axial direction on the outer circumferential side of an inlet valve rod, and is supplied to an inlet path in a cylinder head. The device is characterized in that fuel gas injection holes to be opened and closed with the movement of a projection are provided in the inner circumferential surface of a sleeve into which the projection is slidably fitted, the projection being provided at the inlet valve rod, having a larger outer diameter than the inlet valve rod and having a portion concentric with and in parallel with the inlet valve rod, and in that the fuel gas injection holes are each formed in an ellipse, and the opening upper and lower end region part of the ellipse is situated within the movement region of the projection.

  • Patent number: 7415973
Abstract: A fuel injection pump equipped with a rotary deflector having an increased lifetime and reduced maintenance cost required to replace the deflector when it is wasted due to cavitation erosion. The deflector comprises a stationary holder and a tip member which is supported rotatably by the stationary holder so that the tip member is rotated by fuel flow that outbursts from the plunger room through the inlet/spill port and impinges against the tip member when fuel injection ends. This evades concentrated impingement at a specific portion of the tip member and prevents the occurrence of cavitation erosion.
