    Abstract: An ion implanting apparatus is provided, which prevents a failure of the processing object caused by a scattering of the deposited particles of the ion species on an inner surface of a through hole of a member that forms a beam geometry of an ion beam. Since at least an inner surface of the through hole 222 of the member 220 having a through hole and being capable of forming a beam geometry is coated with a thermal spraying film, unwanted deposition of the ion species on the inner surface of the through hole 222 is inhibited. Moreover, since a deposition film generated on the surface of the thermal spraying film has an unoriented poly-crystalline structure that exhibits extremely higher inter-layer adhesiveness, a failure of the processing object caused by a scattering of the particles peeled-off from the deposition layer is prevented.

    Abstract: A video camera is disclosed which can make photographing without any compulsion. A rotary grip is provided on a side face of a camera body so as to be rotatable relative to the camera body, the camera body having an image pickup device, a camera lens and a circuit board of various circuits. A hand strap is attached to the rotary grip. For carrying the video camera, the fingers other than the thumb of one hand are inserted between the rotary grip and the hand strap so that the tips thereof are caught on a peripheral surface of the rotary grip. A liquid crystal display monitor and an operating unit are integral with the peripheral surface of the rotary grip, and when the rotary grip is rotated relative to the camera body unit, the hand strap, as well as the liquid crystal display monitor and the operating unit, also rotate.

    Abstract: A light-emitting unit containing a substrate and light emitting diodes (LEDs) is housed inside a casing constituted by a first member and a second member which are joined together. The second member has a projecting piece which is inserted to the first member, and inside the projecting piece a passage is formed. When silicone is injected through an injection opening from an injector, the silicone starting from the projecting piece flows through in the order of the passage, first-member side space, connecting passage and second-member side space and it finally overflows from a discharge opening. By implementing this structure and process, the air or air bubbles inside the light-emitting unit is pushed outside completely.

During the selection period during which the data signal is output to the predetermined pixel, the duration of the ON voltage interval corresponding to a grayscale level having the longest OFF voltage interval is longer than the duration of the OFF voltage interval corresponding to a grayscale level having the longest ON voltage interval.
