  • Publication number: 20210091563
Abstract: A power supply system maintains or controls the output even if multiple power sources include a power source whose optimum output voltage varies. A power supply system includes a direct-current power supply mechanism that supplies direct-current power, a direct-current power storage mechanism that stores direct-current power, and a direct-current output terminal that outputs direct-current power supplied from the direct-current power supply mechanism, the direct-current power storage mechanism, or both to a direct-current load. An output of the direct-current power supply mechanism and the direct-current output terminal are connected directly or through a current backflow prevention mechanism. An input/output terminal of the direct-current power storage mechanism and the direct-current output terminal are connected directly or through a power backflow prevention mechanism.

  • Patent number: 10090691
Abstract: Disclosed is a power generation system provided with a renewable-energy-based electric power generator, capable of efficiently and stably outputting electric power at a predetermined power amount. The power generation system includes at least an electric power generator and a maximum power amount detection control unit that performs control such that a voltage and a current at the maximum power point can be detected at any time to output the result as a detection value. The power supplied from a variable voltage power source is selected when the voltage is short. In contrast, the power supplied from a constant voltage power source is selected when the current is short.

  • Patent number: 9800045
Abstract: When using DC power supplies, turning off switches and unplugging from sockets can result in arc discharge, and when arc discharge occurs, heat is generated, which can cause damage to contacts, wiring of disconnection points to melt, and fires. In order to solve this problem, an object is to prevent inrush current when connecting a power supply, detect arc discharge generated when disconnecting direct current, and stop arc discharge over a short period of time. All of the loads that are connected to a DC power supply are equipped with a soft-start function that gradually and smoothly increases current so as to prevent current from flowing suddenly when connected to a power supply, and if a sudden drop in the power supply voltage is detected, an arc discharge is deemed to have occurred, and the flow of current from the power supply to the load is cut off immediately.

  • Patent number: 7170509
Abstract: A hard disk stores a CAD file having 3-D data that relates to an assembly product comprised of a plurality of parts. Based on this 3-D data of an assembly product, a parts data retriever retrieves 3-D data for each part. According to this 3-D data for each part, a bitmap output unit generates 2-D bitmap image data illustrating the part image, which is viewed from a predetermined direction. Moreover, using the 2-D data of the part, a management data generator generates a management table describing steps to output an assembly scene on a screen. A file having this management table and a file having 2-D data are then delivered to a PC for assembly scene output, in order to output the assembly scene.

  • Patent number: 4110806
Abstract: Circuit interrupting apparatus for interrupting large direct currents comprising a plurality of parallelly connected branch circuits each including a circuit breaker and a saturable reactor connected in series therewith, and a commutating circuit including a capacitor. When opening the circuit breakers the commutating circuit is connected across the branch circuits to pass commutating current in the direction opposite to the normal load current. When the current decreases below a predetermined value, the saturable reactors desaturate to efficiently interrupt the load current.

  • Patent number: 3946179
Abstract: A vacuum interrupter includes a small-sized, light-weight, rigid coil electrode located behind a main electrode having a plurality of straight slits provided therein and extending from the periphery toward the central portion thereof, wherein magnetic field is created in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the main electrode by arc current flowing through the coil electrode, thereby causing arc produced on the surface of the main electrode to be uniformly and stably distributed, while preventing weakening of the magnetic field by arc current flowing along the surface of the main electrode and eddy current developed on the main electrode by the magnetic field.
