  • Publication number: 20050287341
Abstract: The present invention provides an interlayer for a laminated glass which does not give rise to the moiré phenomenon even when the arrangement and pitch of its embossments are orderly, hence providing for good workability in cutting and laminationg operations and good deaeration in preliminary contact bonding, thus insuring the production of a laminated glass of high quality with a minimum of rejects for reasons of air bubbles, and a laminated glass containing said interlayer. The invention also provides an interlayer for a laminated glass which provides for good deaeration without a risk for premature margial sealing even if the temperature at initiation of deaeration at preliminary contact bonding is not critically controlled and which does not require raising of temperature for achieving a marginal seal of the glass-interlayer assembly, and a laminated glass containing said interlayer.

  • Publication number: 20010035766
Abstract: An IC test device and method are provided which can display the results of a SHMOO plot accurately by performing decisions only for the necessary portions thereof, thus shortening the time required for performing data acquisition. A test point separation section groups the test points within the testing range for the SHMOO plot into blocks. A control section performs pass/fail decisions via a testing section for test points at the vertices of the blocks, and, from the patterns of decision results, picks out those blocks for which the test results for adjacent vertices are different, and picks out as complete testing blocks for which is to be tested at all the test points included in them, those blocks which have in common an edge region which includes vertices for which the test results differ. The testing section performs pass/fail decisions for all the test points within the complete testing blocks.

  • Patent number: 6070488
Abstract: A pedal bracket is divided into a main bracket and a sub-bracket. The main bracket and the sub-bracket are connected by a mounting bolt and a nut, the mounting bolt serving as a supporting shaft of a swing link which connects a brake pedal and a push rod. When an external force of a predetermined value or greater is applied to the front of the vehicle, an extending portion of the sub-bracket is pressed by the main bracket and swings substantially rearward of the vehicle and a clevis at the end of the push rod is forced in substantially toward the front side of the vehicle by a front surface of the extending portion. Accordingly, the brake pedal swings around a mounting bolt substantially toward the front side of the vehicle via the swing link and the like and a pedal pad is displaced substantially toward the front side of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5756227
Abstract: A battery assembly has a temperature control mechanism for effecting cooling or heating unit batteries for operation in a desired temperature range. First heat-exchange planar members of respective heat-transfer plates are sandwiched between the unit batteries that are arranged in an array, and second heat-exchange planar members thereof are held against transverse narrow side walls of the unit batteries. The unit batteries and the heat-transfer plates are securely fastened together by holder plates. Heat produced when the unit batteries are in operation is transferred through the first and second heat-exchange planar members of the heat-transfer plates and dissipated into an appropriate cooling medium, such as atmospheric air or another cooling fluid, through a heat-exchange.

This solution comprises 30 to 60 parts by weight of a hydrolytic condensation polymer of tetramethoxysilane or tetraethoxysilane (PDAS) having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 6,000 and 70 to 40 parts by weight of a polysilsesquioxane prepolymer (PLOS) having a weight average molecular weight of 2,500 to 7,000 and in which each of 5 to 50 mole % of the organic groups attached directly to the silicon atoms is a phenyl group and the remaining organic groups are methyl, ethyl, or vinyl groups, these polymer components being dissolved in an organic solvent having a boiling point of not less than 110.degree. C. under a pressure of 760 mmHg. This solution is prepared by dissolving PDAS and PLOS in an organic solvent having a high boiling point and treating the resultant solution under a reduced pressure of not more than 5 mmHg.

  • Patent number: 4347306
Abstract: Electronic devices having a multilayer wiring structure, such as a semiconductor device, a bubble memory device and a thin film magnetic head, are manufactured by using, as an insulation layer-forming material, a thermosetting addition polymerization type polyimide, i.e., a polyimide possessing imide rings in the recurring unit thereof and the degree of polymerization of which increases, when cured, due to the radical reaction of the end group or groups. The polyimide insulation layer exhibits better levelling property than that of a conventional condensational type polyimide.
