  • Patent number: 7996991
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a liquid jet head is provided, which includes: a preparation step of preparing a substrate array which is provided with a first substrate having formed therein a first flow path, a second substrate bonded to one side of the first substrate and having formed therein a second flow path, and a separation layer partitioning the first flow path and the second flow path; a sealing step of sealing the first flow path by adhering a sealing film onto a side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate using an adhesive layer; and a removal step of removing the separation layer after the sealing step is performed, wherein in the removal step, the separation layer is removed in a state in which an internal pressure of the first flow path is lower than an external pressure.

  • Patent number: 7806345
Abstract: In an in-wall heater, in which control equipment 11, 12 is disposed in a side space 10 on one lateral side of a combustion housing 2 within an outer case 1 and an exhaust duct 15 is disposed in a side space 13 on the other lateral side of the combustion housing 2, the cooling performance of each of the side spaces is increased and noise due to a sucked-in sound of room air can be reduced. In a side plate portion of the outer case 1 on both lateral sides, an air intake opening 7, which is vertically long, is provided in a position in a front side portion exposed to a front of a room wall. Each side space 10, 13 within the outer case 1 is formed in a ventilation flue on the suction side where the room air from each of the air intake openings 7 is conducted into the warm air fan 9.

  • Patent number: 4718846
Abstract: A combustion safety device for the counter-action against oxygen deficiency in a gas heater which is provided with a main burner of the surface combustion type and with an oxygen-deficiency detecting burner of a Bunsen type, in which a primary-air hole of the oxygen deficiency detecting burner is made to communicate with the primary-air supply chamber or distributing chamber of the main burner.

  • Patent number: 4396370
Abstract: A combustion safety arrangement in which a switch is connected in an electrical power circuit for an electromagnetic valve in a fuel passage. A combustion detecting element responds to a change of a flame caused by incomplete combustion or the like, and generates a signal or change in an electrical characteristic. The switch and the combustion detecting element are interconnected through a control circuit which has a level detector for detecting a predetermined level of the change in electrical characteristics. The arrangement is such that the switch may be opened by the predetermined level of the change in electrical characteristics. The control circuit has a time limit operation circuit so that only when the generation of the change in electrical characteristic is continued for a delayed time set by that time limit operation circuit, the switch may be opened.
