  • Publication number: 20080161201
Abstract: The present invention is characterized by that a biochip in which a plurality of biopolymers is arranged, has a transparent layer having a fluorescence enhancing function on a metal layer which is also used as a one-side electrode for implementing hybridization.
    Type: Application
    Filed: March 5, 2007
    Publication date: July 3, 2008
    Applicant: YOKOGAWA ELECTRIC CORPORATION
    Inventors: Minoru Ootsubo, Takeo Tanaami
  • Publication number: 20030170447
Abstract: The fluorescence-enhanced bead of the present invention is intended to achieve a larger surface area and easy treatment, by making a minute spherical shape material into a bead by applying coating similar to fluorescence-enhanced chips onto the surface of the spherical shape material. That is, metal layer is formed on a spherical shape nucleus and a dielectric layer is formed on this metal layer. This easily enhances the intensity of fluorescence generated from a fluorescent material on the surface of this dielectric layer.
    Type: Application

    Publication date: September 11, 2003
    Applicant: YOKOGAWA ELECTRIC CORPORATION
