Each terminal member has one end part connected to the circuit substrate housed in the case, another end part of the terminal member being disposed within the connector portion. The holder is insert bonded to the case member while leaving an exposure hole as a cavity. Formed in the case member is an open hole communicating with the exposure hole and opening on a housing chamber side.
