  • Patent number: 11158196
Abstract: A flight plan changing method performed by an apparatus includes reading a flight log of an unmanned aircraft that flies flight routes connecting multiple way points included in a flight plan and captures image data of an object located between the way points; identifying, based on the flight log, coordinates of a position of the unmanned aircraft at which the capturing of the image data of the object is interrupted; and generating a changed flight plan including way points that are newly determined based on the identified coordinates of the position.

  • Patent number: 6104309
Abstract: An anti-theft system for an automotive electronic accessory, such as an automotive audio device, has a security device including a sensor for sensing any abnormal state of the electronic accessory, a siren, and a remote control unit for controlling arming and disarming of the system. The system also includes the electronic accessory itself, which is enabled to operate only when a predetermined code is input thereto after turning on its electrical power supply. The predetermined code is input to the electronic accessory through the security device in response to the arming or disarming command from the remote control unit.

  • Patent number: 5464225
Abstract: After removing foreign matters on surfaces of joint portions of two members of a potential transformer, a first sealing agent obtained by mixing liquid A including an epoxy resin as a main component and liquid B including liquid polymercaptan as a main component is coated on the cleaned surfaces and hardened. A second sealing agent obtained by mixing liquid C including an epoxy resin as a main component and liquid D including liquid modified polyamine as a main component may be applied to the hardened first sealing agent, so that oil contained in the potential transformer can be positively prevented, and, at the same time, repairing work of a portion where oil leaks can be easily and quickly carried out.

  • Patent number: 4520406
Abstract: A video tape recorder (VTR) adapted for use in editing tapes so that a second signal may be recorded on the tape to accurately and closely follow a first signal recorded thereon is provided with a record review mode where a portion of the first recorded signal immediately preceding the changeover, or edit, point may be reviewed prior to recording the second signal. The VTR is of the type which, upon being placed in a pause mode, automatically rewinds the tape by a length corresponding to a first predetermined number of control signals. In the VTR according to the present invention, upon entering the review mode, the tape is automatically rewound for a second length and then played back for a third length corresponding to but slightly less than the sum of the first and second lengths. Thereafter, the VTR automatically reenters the pause mode to be rewound again by the first predetermined length.

  • Patent number: 4486692
Abstract: A control circuit for a DC capstan motor used for driving a tape having control signals thereon is adapted for accurate stopping of the tape during intermittent-motion operation. A frequency generator coupled to the motor generates a frequency signal whose frequency is proportional to the motor's speed. A position signal generating circuit generates a position value that increments by steps upon occurrences of the frequency signal. A clamp circuit clamps the position value to a clamping level upon detection of the control signals. A brake start signal generator provides a brake start pulse signal when the position value exceeds a predetermined threshold, and this brake start pulse signal is used to commence braking of the motor. In order to permit accurate stopping in both forward and reverse directions, the clamping circuit provides one clamping level when a forward mode is selected and another clamping level when a reverse mode is selected.

  • Patent number: 4482850
Abstract: A control circuit is used during slow or stop-motion playback operation of a video tape device to drive video tape intermittently. In order to avoid errors in the stopping position of the tape, a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal is provided to a motor controller circuit associated with the capstan motor of the video tape device. A frequency signal generator coupled to this motor generates a frequency signal that varies with the capstan motor speed, and this frequency signal is provided to a retrigger monostable multivibrator which generates a PWM signal whose duty ratio changes in proportion to the capstan motor speed. A drive pulse generator and a brake pulse generator provide drive start and brake start signals, respectively, when it is desired to commence and stop movement of the tape.

  • Patent number: 4269900
Abstract: A solderless capillary chip formed of a corundum-system precious stone such as ruby or sapphire, for use in electrical windings and the like. The inner bore of the chip is enlarged adjacent the exit end thereof, to permit relaxation of the wire to be pressure-bonded and thereby provide an improved contact situation for the next pressure-bonding operation.
