    Abstract: A chlorinated polyolefin resin may have excellent adhesion and can be produced without using a chlorinated solvent and without producing by-products through a series of production processes. Such a chlorinated polyolefin resin may be a chlorinated polyolefin resin having an amount of chlorine of 1% by weight to 45% by weight obtained by chlorinating a raw material composition in the absence of an organic solvent, wherein the raw material composition includes at least a polyolefin A or an acid-modified product thereof which has fluidity at 40° C. or less and a polyolefin B or an acid-modified product thereof which has a melting point of more than 40° C. and 150° C. or less.
