    Abstract: A battery module includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked within a case body; a module frame for accommodating the battery cell stack; and a thermal conductive resin layer formed between a lower surface of the module frame and the battery cell stack. The plurality of battery cells comprise sealing parts that extend downward from the bottom surface of the cell case body such that each one of the sealing parts is located inside the thermal conductive resin layer, and is folded toward the bottom surfaces of the cell case body to accommodate an adhesive layer between the folded portion of the sealing part and the bottom surface of the cell case body.
