  • Publication number: 20220025351
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an immobilized microorganism having high filtration properties, and to provide a method for producing an amino acid using the immobilized microorganism. A method for producing an immobilized microorganism is characterized in that a microorganism is contacted with carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt and then contacted with polyethylenimine and an alkane dial after the first contact with carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt.

  • Patent number: 10030659
Abstract: A vacuum pump includes a rotor and a housing, which define a vacuum chamber. Rotation of the rotor generates negative pressure in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump includes an oil introduction passage, which is connected to an oil pump to introduce oil into the vacuum pump, and an atmosphere communication passage, which opens in the atmosphere to introduce air into the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump further includes a valve and a spring, which serve as a communication control mechanism. The communication control mechanism provides communication between the vacuum chamber and the oil introduction passage and closes the atmosphere communication passage when the vacuum pump is driven. The communication control mechanism provides communication between the vacuum chamber and the atmosphere communication passage and closes the oil introduction passage when the vacuum pump is stopped.

  • Publication number: 20120060480
Abstract: The present invention provides an exhaust gas purifying apparatus in an internal combustion engine comprising an oxidation accelerator (R1) provided upstream of an exhaust gas purifying member (M) in an exhaust passage (P), fuel adding means (R2) and heating means (R3) positioned upstream of the oxidation accelerator (R1) and control means (C) for controlling operations of the fuel adding means and the heating means. The control means (C) operates only the fuel adding means (R2) when a temperature of the exhaust gas purifying member is within a predetermined temperature range and a flow speed of the exhaust gas is equal to or more than a predetermined speed, and operates the heating means (R3) and the fuel adding means (R2) when the temperature of the exhaust gas purifying member is within the predetermined temperature range and the flow speed of the exhaust gas is less than the predetermined speed.
