The processor is configured to execute a personal information management service stored in memory to send a first calendar entry for display on a calendar interface for a user. The first calendar entry is for a first account of the user of a first domain. The processor sends a second calendar entry for display on the calendar interface. The second calendar entry is for a calendar of a second account of the user of a second domain. The processor receives a request for an availability of the user from a requesting user having a third account of the first domain. In response to the request, the processor sends to the requesting user the first calendar entry including first calendar entry details, and the second calendar entry without second calendar entry details.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for transporting an electronic communication that includes one or more attachments efficiently by sending the electronic communication with a smaller-sized (e.g., lower resolution) representational element of each attachment and subsequently replacing each representational element with a higher resolution attachment thumbnail of the attachment. The high resolution attachment thumbnail is produced in an asynchronous process during or after the transportation of the attachment(s) and the electronic communication. After the high resolution attachment thumbnail(s) is generated, at least one representational element in the electronic communication may be replaced with a corresponding HR attachment thumbnail.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and software are disclosed herein. A method comprises a computing apparatus displaying, in an application environment, a canvas on which to organize a collection of items on the canvas that are related to a project. The method includes the computing apparatus displaying a new item on the canvas comprising a goal associated with the project and having attributes associated with one or more items native to one or more other application environments. The method also includes the computing apparatus sending one or more requests to express, in the one or more other application environments, an association of the one or more items with the goal.

Abstract: Implementations of customizable graphical user interfaces for data management in computing systems are disclosed herein. In one example, a computer application is executed on a computing device to provide a graphical user interface having a background containing multiple interface regions separate from one another and individually having a corresponding data source. Upon receiving a command from a user, the executed computer application can customize the graphical user interface by modifying a size, a relative placement, a data source, or a format of one or more of the multiple interface regions in accordance with the command from the user, and thus allowing customization of the graphical user interface.
