Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for both discerning and recording indices of health and fitness for a person. An embodiment operates by presenting one or more first question to a user of an electronic device, receiving one or more first responses to the first questions, determining on that basis one or more additional questions relating to the health of the user, receiving one or more second responses to the additional questions, and generating, based on the first and second responses, a medical profile for the user.
