  • Publication number: 20190016318
Abstract: A hydraulic power brake system (1) of a wheeled vehicle or for a vehicle unit has a main brake line (20, 21), in which a setpoint brake pressure can be controlled via a brake valve (4) that is operated via a brake pedal (7), and from which an axle brake line or a wheel brake line (46, 49, 50) branches off. Inlet valves and outlet valves and a pilot control valve of the ABS control system for the vehicle unit or for each vehicle axle are respectively disposed together in an ABS modulator block (69), which also includes a temperature sensor (70, 71, 72) for detecting the oil temperature (T) and a heating element (73, 74, 75) for locally heating the hydraulic oil are disposed in each ABS modulator block (69).

  • Patent number: 10086812
Abstract: An external force-supported hydraulic braking system of a wheeled vehicle includes two brake circuits each having a main brake line configured to be connected to a pressure-carrying supply line or to a pressureless return line via a brake valve and further having a number of wheel brake lines branching from the main brake line and including a valve assembly of a TCS system. The valve assembly of the TCS system has a single TCS control valve formed as a 6/2-way magnetic switching valve configured to, in a non-actuated state, block a pressure-carrying main pressure line against two bypass lines each leading directly to a respective main brake line, and connect the two return lines to a pressureless collective line, and further configured to, in the actuated state, connect the main pressure line to the two bypass lines and block the two return lines against the collective line.

  • Publication number: 20180265061
Abstract: A power-operated hydraulic brake system for a wheeled vehicle includes a main brake line; a brake valve configured to input a target brake pressure into the main brake line, the brake vale configured to be actuated via a brake pedal; a plurality of wheel brake lines branching off from the brake valve, each of which leads to an actuating unit of a wheel brake; and a valve assembly of an ABS control system. The valve assembly includes an inlet valve arranged between the main brake line and one of the wheel brake lines, and an outlet valve arranged between the relevant wheel brake line and an unpressurized return line. The inlet valve and the outlet valve are pressure-controlled 2/2-way switching valves with correspondingly large switching cross sections, and the inlet valve and the outlet valve are each assigned at least one pilot valve designed as a solenoid switching valve.

  • Publication number: 20180022331
Abstract: A valve assembly for an antilock system of a brake system of a vehicle includes a cylindrical rotary valve rotatably mounted in a valve block and configured to be activated by a step motor, configured to occupy at least two shifting positions, and having one input and one output. In one of the shifting positions, at least one duct leading to a wheel brake cylinder can be acted upon with a pressurizing medium via the input. In another of the shifting positions, the pressurizing medium can be discharged via the output. The input and the output of the rotary valve are arranged in different axial planes and at an angle offset to one another.
