  • Publication number: 20150269314
Abstract: The invention relates to a computing device-implemented method and apparatus for unsupervised segmentation of microscopic color image of unstained specimen and digital staining of segmented histological structures. Image of unstained specimen is created by light microscope 101, recorded by color camera 102 and stored on computer-readable medium 103. The invention is carried out by a computing device 104 comprised of: computer-readable medium for storing and computer for executing instructions of the algorithm for unsupervised segmentation of microscopic color image of unstained specimen and digital staining of segmented histological structures. Segmented histological structures and digitally stained image are stored and displayed on the output storing and display device 105 in order to establish diagnosis of a disease.

  • Patent number: 7074437
Abstract: The increased level of glucose in blood is the result of the destruction of ? cells of the Islets of Langerhans by autoimmune process in insulin-dependent form of diabetes or a relative lack of insulin in insulin-dependent form of diabetes. Constantly present hyperglycemia in diabetes and a relative lack of insulin aid the development of the neuropathy as a late complication of diabetes. For that purpose, a technical problem was set before the inventor with the request of the reduction of glucose in blood, and stopping of the process of the development of the neuropathy as the consequence of the “long” duration of diabetes. Such a mineral-protein preparation was prepared by which glycemia was successfully regulated, but the process was also stopped by depositing of Ca+ in nerve cells. Those early changes caused by diabetes were successfully stopped, so that the appearance of the neuropathy, as a late complication in diabetes, was postponed.

  • Patent number: 6953595
Abstract: This invention refers to the preparation for elimination of neuropathies in diabetes. The preparation contains a combination of minerals and plant extracts. By its ionic exchange, the invention reduces considerably the process of apoptosis of nerve-cells, eliminates the process of activation of the immunologic system, and stops the immunologic reaction of auto-destruction of nerve-cells. Depositing of immunoglobulin on axons is absent, and neuropathic pain disappears. Furthermore, the preparation reduces the activity of free radicals, improves the regulation of glycemia and improves the recovery of axons which are already damaged.
