Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of establishing a communication connection from a mobile device in a communication network. The method is characterized in that before establishing the communication connection a decision on a Call Type to be used for the communication connection is made, wherein the decision is at least partially made on the mobile device wherein the Call Type comprises the bearer type and the radio access technology to be used for the communication connection, wherein the decision is made based on at least one parameter and wherein at least one of the parameters relates to the user behaviour. Furthermore a mobile device, a computer readable medium for a mobile device and a computer program product with a computer readable medium that can be read on a mobile device are described.
