Abstract: A system for reconciling physical items in a facility is provided. The system includes a data store containing item information relative to items stored within the facility. A processor is coupled to the data store and is configured to perform at least one control function relative to the items. A user interface component is coupled to the processor and is configured to receive information defining a cycle count relative to at least some items stored within the facility. A network component is coupled to the processor and is configured to convey container information to a plurality of terminals based on the defined cycle count. A virtual count engine is configured to receive observation data from the plurality of terminals associated with the container information. The virtual count engine is configured to group the observation data according to item identifiers and compare the grouped information with information maintained in the data store.

Abstract: Resource capacities and workloads are calculated and scaled for a set of resources, over time. Workloads that exceed capacities for the resources are identified and displayed against the scaled capacities for the resources, and suggested solutions that match workloads to capacities are generated.

Abstract: Techniques to present event information as event timing visualizations are described. An apparatus may comprise an event visualization application comprising an event information component operative to determine a set of events and associated time periods, and an event presentation component operative to generate an event timing visualization to present multiple graphical user interface (GUI) elements representing the set of events and associated time periods relative to a current time period, the event timing visualization comprising a first dimension representing a count of events and a second dimension representing a time period for events, wherein a position of the current time period is between a set of endpoints for the second dimension. Abstract: A computer implemented warehouse operations forecasting system includes a series of user navigable displays hierarchically organized based on level of detail from more general to more detailed in terms of information presented. One of the displays in the series includes an indication of projected warehouse space utilization over a period of time in the future.

Abstract: A visualization application in conjunction with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) service draws a store map employing a coordinate model. Upon receiving aisle data including coordinate and orientation information for each aisle, the aisles are mapped within the store map using the aisle locations determined from the aisle data. The physical store map is integrated with visualized inventory information such as a heat map to enable users view inventory information, trends, etc. with the location information as background.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses for providing access to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems from CRM applications are described. In an embodiment, an apparatus includes a processing unit and a client CRM application executing on the processing unit. An add-on application may be installed on the client CRM application. The add-on application allows the client CRM application to receive an ERP action from an ERP system via a supply hub; act on the ERP action with a second ERP action; and send the second ERP action to the ERP system via the supply hub.
