Patent number: 12098543Abstract: Insulated wallboards are exposed interior insulation panels, for walls and ceilings, in occupiable spaces, that can be taped, finished, textured, and painted, which eliminates the need for gypsum board, and reduces or eliminates the need for other insulation, such as wall cavity insulation and exterior insulation. Insulated wallboard panels are formed by applying various combinations of thermal reflection layers such as aluminum foil; moisture resistance layer; or reinforcement layers over an insulating core. An enhanced surface or enhanced surface layer is provided on the interior-facing surface of the panel, to accept joint compound, paint, plaster, texture, or other interior finish. The core may be phenolic or other material with appropriate insulating and fire-retardant properties.Type: GrantFiled: August 3, 2020Date of Patent: September 24, 2024Inventors: Mishko Teodorovich, Andrew Teodorvich

Patent number: 8695293Abstract: A window sill pan flashing or a door sill pan flashing with drain. The sill pan flashing has an inclined base, and window or door continuous or near continuous sill supports which can be extruded as part of the base unit. Sill pan flashing offsets provided in the rear sill pan flashing wall and in the front flange create a flow path for water to drain from the sill pan flashing to the exterior of the building. The base may be solid or hollow with window or door supports extending vertically through the base. Extension couplers are provided to join a plurality of sill pan flashing base sections. The sill pan flashing base sections and extension couplers may be manufactured by extrusion.Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 2012Date of Patent: April 15, 2014Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich

Patent number: 8561357Abstract: A universal flashing is provided for windows and doors. A head flashing assembly is fabricated at a construction site to fit specific door or window widths. A center section which may be extruded with a sloped base, a rear flange, and a front lip. End caps may be provided to snap or glue on the center section. The end caps have a perpendicular fin which serves as an end dam to block the lateral movement of water. The assembly may be inverted for use as a sill pan. The center section may be cut to a desired length and installed over arched windows or doors by bending to shape as it is installed. For arched applications, a combination of rigid and flexible PVC may be coextruded to provide a desired cross sectional profile that is flexible enough to be bent around the arch, but stiff enough to retain its cross section for drainage.Type: GrantFiled: March 2, 2010Date of Patent: October 22, 2013Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich

Patent number: 8443554Abstract: A variable size sill pan can be adapted to various widths, lengths, and heights of framed door or window openings. The sill pan assembly includes an extruded base which is typically inclined, window or door supports which can be extruded as part of the base unit, and molded corner elements. Grooves are provided on the front flange of the sill pan base to permit the front flange to be cut to a desired length. Grooves are provided on the rear sill pan wall permit the rear sill pan wall to be cut to a desired length. Grooves or markings are provided on a base and on end cap sections to permit the pieces to the cut to a desired width. An assembled sill pan is formed by attaching the adjusted pieces together, or by snapping and gluing the adjusted pieces together.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 2010Date of Patent: May 21, 2013Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich

Patent number: 8117789Abstract: A window sill pan flashing or a door sill pan flashing with drain. The sill pan flashing has an inclined base, window or door continuous or near continuous sill supports which can be extruded as part of the base unit, and corner elements which can be snapped or otherwise attached to the base. Sill pan flashing offsets provided in the rear sill pan flashing wall and in the front flange create a flow path for water to drain from the sill pan flashing. The base may be solid or hollow with window or door supports extending vertically through the base. The sill pan flashing may be manufactured by extrusion, and corner pieces may be injection molded or otherwise fabricated. The base may be fabricated from fiberglass, metal, or plastic. A window sill support means is provided in a horizontal orientation so that the base can be extruded.Type: GrantFiled: February 17, 2009Date of Patent: February 21, 2012Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich

Publication number: 20070220818Abstract: Concrete masonry units, CMU, windows and doors are flashed by applying a side flashing to the top and sides of the rough opening before blocking, applying a sill pan in the bottom of the rough opening, and then installing the window or door. Portions of the side flashings on the top and sides of the rough opening are then bent over the side and top window or door flanges so that a portion of the side flashings may be adhered or otherwise fastened to the flanges to provide a seal.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2007Publication date: September 27, 2007Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich

Publication number: 20070193126Abstract: A window and door side flashing is installed with a double self adhesive flashing. The flashing may be provided as a tape or sheets, with adhesive pre-applied to both sides of a substrate. Protective liners may be removed in strips from either side of the flashing in order to expose a desired width of adhesive for attachment to portions of door or window jamb, framing, brick mold, or exterior sheeting. Other areas of the flashing remain covered to permit easier handling and installation. After application, the flashing provides a continuous barrier to water intrusion. In other embodiments, an extruded plastic flashing is provided. The flashing may have flexible fins to seal against water intrusion.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2007Publication date: August 23, 2007Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich

Patent number: 7115172Abstract: An Advanced Burnishing Tool for burnishing Venetian plaster surfaces comprises a base with a working surface with a plurality of concentric ribs. The tool may be used manually or may be mounted on a power tool such as an oscillating sander. Each rib has a rounded upper portion for contacting the surface, so that each rib acts in a manner similar to the rounded edge of conventional burnishing tools. The plurality of ribs provide a simultaneous working of multiple points in the plaster surface. Efficiency is further improved when a power tool is used to reduce the manual effort required for burnishing.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 2005Date of Patent: October 3, 2006Inventor: Mishko Teodorovich
